"Professor?!, he's a professor?"
Joan exclaimed in disbelief
"I keep telling you to take things easy every time but you wouldn't listen, you are so impulsive and won't let anyone take a chance with you. It was clearly an accident did you have to say those things you said? Rose said
"How was I supposed to know he was a professor? He looked like one of those people from a political party looking for students to give scholarships to make them look better in public!"
"Even if he isn't a professor, that's no way to talk to anyone especially a stranger"
"What course is he gonna be taking?"
"I'm not sure but if he's under the dean then it's probably going to be psychology since it's the dean's discipline, you are good, we aren't taking any psychology courses this semester. You just need to avoid him when we go to the department."
"Oh that's a huge relief, I have no idea how I will face him if I am to see him again"
"Apologize I guess?" Rose said sarcastically
"Apologize? That would make me look pathetic!"
"How does apologies make someone pathetic Joan, you are so dramatic. I have a group meeting to attend to. I'm off"
Rose said standing up from her chair in the art lab
"Group meeting?" Joan asked in confusion
"Yes for Dr Miles' group assignment? Have you forgotten?"
"Holy shit! I have a meeting now too" Joan said springing from her seat
"Tsk tsk tsk, for the first time we aren't in the same group and you are a total mess" Rose replied tutting
"Yeah yeah, the one who's got everything organized go on before you get late"
"Whatever,see you!"
"Wait!" Joan screamed on top of her lungs
"Gracious Lord! You scared me, what is it again Joan" Rose replied as she turned to Joan rolling her eyes
"Did you say psychology? I have to take psychology this semester, the one I flunked first semester last session. I have to retake it!"
"Oh,that's right, so what about it?"
Rose asked again with a straight face
"How am I supposed to face the Professor?"
"Face him? Just face the board". Rose says mockingly laughing as she turned again to leave
"Rose! You can't leave me, let's sort this out!"
"You brought this on yourself, sort it out on your own!"
Rose shouted back as she was already at the hallway
Joan ran to the door
"We will be attending the classes together so you know!"
"You've got the wrong person!"
Rose said running away
