Shehnaaz was on her 3rd glass of wine, sitting at one secluded corner of the buzzing farmhouse. She was living the fact that nothing makes a room feel emptier than wanting someone in it, a room full of people were mere crowd for her. The farmhouse was electric , everyone feeding off of the smiles and dance. Everything was there which can revive ones spirit ,Music, friends, good times, dance everything but she was sill dull and dim,she was missing him.. no she hadn't forgiven him , but that's the complexity of love, If you ever truly love someone, then it never goes away.

It had already been 2 hours since they reached the venue.Tanya had called many of their common friends.Friends of Samarth were also there, she knew most of the people present at the party.
She was meeting everyone after a long time,it was like a small reunion, they all were elated to see her,she too was estatic, but that didn't last for long.
She had spent the first one hour just by greetings everyone. But in those 60 minutes she was drained, couldn't put the facade of a happy go lucky girl anymore. So she thought that may be dancing to the loud music will anesthesize her pain but numbing the pain for a while makes it worse when you finally feel it. And finally she did what she had been doing since the last 3 years , whenever she missed him. She tried to seek shelter in intoxication. In the last 30 minutes ,she had already gulped down 2 glasses of wine and now on her third one .

" Oye , Shehnaaz... Watch your speed girl, free ka daaru hai toh ghatke ja rahi hai ... " Samarth said, dragging her adjacent chair.

" Welcome back, Samaaarrrthhhh the kutta, Kahan the itne din" Shehnaaz quipped and they both Bursted out laughing.

" but seriously, I guess tujhe aur nahin peeni chaiye, did you even eat anything, ghar pe tune gin ke 3 bite khaye honge" he was worried, she looked weak her, eyes little droopy. The circumstances arround her had taken a toll on her health, she was not at all at peace and her sleep, appetite , mood infact her whole life was stirred . Samarth could very well fothom that something was terribly wrong with her.

" Relax, don't worry, itni hot hot ladkiya hai yahan, jao jaake patao.... I am fine don't worry about me" she actually didn't want anyone to invade her solitude.was in no mood to talk, though not happy but she was comfortable in her own company.

"Ja be, interest hi nahin hai" he dismissed.

" Toh kisme interest hain, Don't Tell me you and Raaahhhhul.... " she teased.

" Shehnaaz yaar, kuch bhi bakti hai " he facepalmed.

" Arey Love is love , hum modern log hai, we will accept... But yeah Saala Rahul is cheating on you, dekho kaise ladki ke saath chipak chipak ke dance kar raha hai.... Saali pyar hai hi kutti cheez, dard hi deti hai" The wine had started to work, she actually was letting loose, not completely yet .

"Itne paise spend karke tujhe London bheja gaya , still see you are cussing like a dehati ... Pyaar kutti chij and all"He joked, but found her really cute while cursing.

" Okayyyy, Love is such a filthy bitch, and your beloved Rrrrahul swings both ways" she winked saying in a typical overdramtised south delhi accent.

" Abe yaar, she is his girlfriend, and I am straight" he ranted.

"Toh Girlfriend kyun nahin hai tumhari, koi kami hai Tum main, " The alcohol was ticking her funny bones.

" chup be,Tu pehle bata tera boyfriend kyun nahin hai"He was inquisitive ,he really wanted to know.

" Pehle tum , I asked first" she said .

" Chote mote relationships the but you know ,didn't get the one jisko dekh ke lage ki usko badi mumma, ya Bhai se mila sakun" he was being honest.
