Falling in love with her was the easy part, admitting to himself that it happened that was hard , but the most difficult part was yet to come, he knew that,he had mountain to move and he was ready for it.

He remembered that he did not even check his phone for a long time, while coming down the stairs, he took out his phone.The phone was on silent, there ware 15 missed calls from Tiara.He thought it was already late , he would call her in thet morning but he got a call again
And he picked it up .

" Hey!"He said his heartbeat was already getting faster.He was wondering when and how he would explain to her that things are not as they were before and that it is impossible for him to get married right now.

"What's wrong? what happened to you? since when I have been calling you?" She ranted.

"Chachi ne bataya Tum unke Ghar main ho,then why were you not picking up the phone?" She added .

"I did not know that my phone was on silent, now only I saw your missed calls" he explained .

" Really ,it's almost midnight aur tumne phone dekha hi nahin" she was not ready to listen .

" Tiara, what do you want to say, and agar kuch itna hi important than toh tu aa jaati Pammi aunty ke ghar, tujhe bas 2 minutes lagte" he further tried to make her understand.

" I went to club with mom and dad, I thought we will go out somewhere , but Tumne phone hi pick nahin kiya" she was upset.

" Okay, I am sorry about that" he too felt little bad for Tiara.

" Abhi ,can we meet?" She asked.

" Tiara , it's already late, tomorrow is Monday , we will start working on a big project and i am not yet done with the planning part, kal team ko Kya brief karunga mujhe yeah bhi nahin pata,we will catch up in a day or two" he replied.

" Shehnaaz kya kar rahi thi, she also didn't pick up" she asked

" Woh,.. she .... She was little tipsy" he answered.

" Oh! It seems you guys had a party of your own!" She taunted, she felt ignored and unwanted.

" It was an impromptu plan, koi party nahin ths" he replied getting inside his car, he was feeling guilty, the way Tiara was getting clingy made him irritated but at the same time he could understand her situation. He would have been furious if Shehnaaz had done the same thing with him, he could understand how possessive one get when he or she is in love.

" Can we have lunch tomorrow, main office aa jaun ? Saanu ka bhi first day hai, we can have lunch together. All of us You, Me, Samarth, Saanu and I will take Taniya along" she asked.

" I don't think I will be able to make it for lunch tomorrow, tum log chale jana, I have a lunch meeting" he replied .

"Okay ,let it be " she answered.

" I will just start driving, will call you tomorrow" he said when he was about to disconnect.

" Okay , Love you" she said, and he felt like banging his head on the steering wheel.

" Are you listening" she added.

" Yes, yeah... " He replied.

" I really love you Sidharth, so much had happened in last one year, the only saving grace is you, if you would have not been there with me, trust me I would have died, that is the reason I want to put my career in the back seat for the time being and concentrate on us, only us" she stated.

" That's what friends are for, see I will always be there for you, we don't need to get married for that, I mean pehle bhi main Tere Liye hamesha tha na." he replied, his heart was getting heavy, how would he tell her everything ,but still he wanted to assure her that he will always have her back.
