Alastor lay awake, staring up at the ceiling of your dark bedroom; the light of the outside barely illuminating the sheets he rest upon. Beside him was you, fast asleep and resting peacefully. Your lips in a slight pout as your chest rose and fell, slowly and steadily.
He sighed softly as he looked upon your sleeping form, pressing his fingertips to his lips fondly as he recalled the moment on your balcony. 'So beautiful.' He thought to himself as he gazed at you.
Still feeling a bit shook from the whole ordeal with your house, you had asked Alastor to stay with you tonight. You almost expected him to say no, but he agreed without a shred of hesitation.
His thoughts and swirls of emotions wouldn't let him sleep despite the shroud of fatigue that enveloped him. This almost didn't feel real, weeks of butterflies in his stomach, yearning and uncertainty, and now: not a doubt in his mind. He was ecstatic that you had accepted him, he silently swore to never take advantage of it either. He turned onto his side and carefully pulled the covers up for both of you, you whimpered as you stirred slightly then quickly settled back. He draped his arm around you and you sleepily snuggled up to him, nuzzling his chest and tangling your legs up with his and the sheets.
He blushed as he looked down at you, planting a gentle smooch on your forehead and letting out a barely audible staticky purr of content as he did so. He moved your hair from out of your face and rest his cheek upon your head. Sleep soon came for the deer demon and he fell asleep intertwined with you.

You awoke the next morning half cocooned in the sheets, hearing a soft static filled purr emanating from behind you.
Oh, right. You smiled, resting your head back down on your pillow and feeling his arm lazily wrap around your waist pulling you closer. You let out a tired chuckle. "Good morning~" you cooed, fatigue evident in your voice. He sighed, still audibly sleepy.
"Good morning, darling." Grogginess woven into his voice, lower in pitch than it usually was with a hint of gravel to it as well. Oh that's... hot... dammit, stop it, Y/n. You're a good noodle.
"Ready to greet the day?" You murmured tiredly, nuzzling your face into your pillow and closed your eyes once more.
"Nope." And with that he scooted closer, spooning you. You giggled softly at the affection.
"So are you just gonna lay here 'till we go to check on my house?" You asked.
"I might, what's stopping us?"
"Well I might get hungry."
He lazily waved his hand and you heard a faint clanking noise in front of you. Opening your eyes you saw a trey had manifested on your nightstand, with an array of breakfast food and hot coffee. You snickered.
"Have I ever told you how sweet you are?" You chuckled.
You felt his smile grow against your skin as he nuzzled your shoulder. "Hmm, not today you haven't." He teased. "But you my dear are much sweeter."
You turned and faced him, his arm still around you. You looked upon his face and in his tired gaze you saw his smile, now gentle and serene. His eyes once again half lidded, glowing lowly as he looked back. And oh, how it melted you.
"I've wanted this for a while now, Alastor. I can't help but wonder if I'm dreaming."
"If it is a dream I wish not to be woken up, I've yearned for this for quite some time now myself. I hesitated to tell you because I did not want you to resent me."
"I hesitated too. Mostly for the same reason..." you trailed off, looking down.
"Mostly?" He wondered. "Penny for your thoughts."
