"Andrew, report to Charlie's office! I repeat, Andrew report to Charlie's office." Alastor's voice rang out to through loudspeakers that shot sound throughout the hallways. He sat patiently as he sat with Charlie and Vaggie, who stood expectantly as they waited for Andrew to show up. Who, was undoubtedly, either in the ballroom playing music or off with Molly somewhere.
Eventually his head peaked through the doorway with a perky, alert expression at Alastor's summons. "Uhhh yes?"
"Come here, my good fellow. Come, sit." The stag commanded gently, his smile a little hard to read for Andrew as he wearily stepped inside. Taking some slight solace that Charlie and Vaggie were in the room to make sure he'd be remotely safe whilst talking with the notorious radio demon.
"Something I can do for you, sir?" He asked, sitting next to Al.
"Well for starters, don't call me that. Alastor or Al is fine." He said flatly, perking up as he spoke again. "I must ask you a favor. I need you to keep Y/n busy for a few hours and then bring her back here. Is that something you can do?"
The wolf's eyes widened sightly at the demons peculiar request, but surely hanging out with his friend again was of no inconvenience to him. He just couldn't fathom how one day it seemed like he didn't want Andrew to go near you with a ten-foot pole to now suddenly wanting him to specifically spend time with you.
"Uh, not a problem si- Al. May I ask why, though?"
Alastor looked at him then looked back at Charlie and Vaggie, who both stood quietly but practically vibrating with excitement. Like something was on the tip of their tongue and it took every ounce of will power they had not to say it.
"Can you keep a secret?" Alastor finally asked.
"As long as it's not gonna hurt her." Andrew said honestly. This prompted a soft, hearty chuckle from the stag who adjusted his monocle before looking back over at him.
"Good answer." He said, clasping his hands together as his grin softened. "I'm... Planning on proposing to her this afternoon. And I need you to keep her from coming here early and ruining the surprise. Take her out, do whatever it is you two would do to pass time, and don't let her catch wind of this little endeavor we have going on here. She knows she must arrive here at 4:30, however she knows not why. Try to evade the question if she asks, or simply play dumb. Can you do that for me?"
"Really??" He asked, seemingly just as excited as Charlie as his face lit up with amusement. "Awww!"
"I know, right?!" Charlie suddenly squealed, bouncing on her toes as she grinned from ear to ear. Her cheeks becoming even more rosy than they naturally were. "I'm sorry, I love weddings."
"Absolutely I can do that... I can send her a text or call her, do you think she's up and outta bed by now?"
"She should be." He answered, looking at his pocket watch. "We went to bed fairly early last night so I see no reason why she'd be abed at this hour."
"Probably because you tuckered her out yesterday..." Vaggie mumbled under her breath, looking away from the others with an embarrassed smile as Charlie and Andrew couldn't help but stifle their own laughter. Needless to say they heard bits and pieces of the 'punishment' he gave you yesterday in his office.
Alastor cleared his throat, ignoring the slight blush he could feel dusting his cheeks as he caught the drift of what Vaggie was referring to.
"I do have to swing by the store I work at today," Andrew stated. "I can bring her with me to check out some of the instruments we have in stock and maybe grab a drink or two after. I'll make sure she's not piss-drunk when she gets here, or stoned out of her mind."
