I cry.
Northern Tribe - Capital Fortress.
Bodies laid frozen alive along the fortress, as far as the eyes can see, soldiers were skewered, attached to spears stuck in the ground, their bodies decaying in the cold winter air.
Eyes, nose, lips, all sewn shut, some with their bodies ripping apart, only a small amount of bloody flesh keeping the upper and lower halves of the body together.
And then finally, at the front of fortress, sat upon the chair reserved for the Prince, is a woman.
A chain firmly in her hands, attached to the leash of a naked man, kneeling before her, his expression perverted as he licked at the toes of her boots.
As per her orders.
Hundreds, thousands of soldiers from the Empire laid in wait behind the naked man, one laughing at just how easy the conquest had been.
"The northern tribe was defeated in no time, just as I'd expect from the general!" He said.
The woman glared down at the naked man in distaste, who huffed and acted like a mere dog, a fragment of the man he once was.
Numa Seika.
"The soldiers' and civilians' pride has been shattered, and this is what they call the Hero of the North? What a bore." She spoke, venom in her voice.
Without so much as a warning, the lady raised her freshly cleaned foot, kicking at Seika with such strength it shattered his skull, blood shooting out from his head as he died instantly.
"Die. You dog." She spoke distastefully.
She stood up, walking through her army as she spoke, a small grin on her face. "Is there no one out there, who can satisfy me as my enemy?" She asked.
This woman's name, is Esdeath.
Her personality? That of a super sadist.
Strength... "Empire's Strongest."
And now, she's going back.
...
Shobu stared at Lubbock with the best "are you fucking serious?" face he could make as he watched him sneakily (not) make his way towards the hot springs.
Apparently it was Leone's turn to wash at that time.
Two things, one, Leone was out with Tatsumi, as it's her turn to train him, two, Lubbock very clearly is not good at learning his lesson.
Dropping down behind him, Shobu chuckled as Lubbock flinched, before calming as he realized it was just him.
"Oh, it's you... what do you want?" Lubbock asked.
"Two things, one, Leone isn't here today so this is all pointless, two, it's you're turn to train me." Shobu informed, holding up a hand, showing two fingers.
"Ah." Lubbock let out, sighing disappointedly.
...
Centre of the Empire - Imperial Palace - Royal hall.
A soldier with a large sword on his back knelt before the Minister and the 'Emperor.' "Reporting sir! General Nakakido and General Hemi, have both deserted us and joined sides with the rebel army." He informed.
This startled the six councilmen, who stood three each on either side of the long red carpet which lead to the Emperor's throne.
"General Nakakido was a pro at war..." one of them said.
"The rebel army is amassing a frightening strength." Another said.

Acción"You sure this'll work?" Shobu asked, holding the rare ore in his hand, glancing at Okami, before hesitantly looking over at Esdeath, who was waiting patiently for them. "Yes." Okami responded, taking a heavy breath as he held up his own ore. "Alrig...
