Beads of sweat dripped down Tatsumi's face as he looked out at the couch, seeing a large mass covered by a heavy blanket atop it, emanating an aura that is making the room as a whole more difficult to breath in.
"She's still like that huh?" Akame asked, at the doorframe connecting the living room to the kitchen.
Tatsumi nodded. "I didn't take her to be the protective type."
"I saw hints of it, but I didn't know it was this bad."
To sum it up, Shobu had gotten hurt during a training accident, and was intending to brush it off before Leone marched over to him, inspected the injury, before setting a specific amount of time before he could train again.
That time that she said was being used up like this, Leone clinging onto Shobu, cuddling up to him on the couch, a thick blanket draped over them as they cuddled.
It was two things to her, one, it was free cuddles with her boyfriend, and two, it was making sure Shobu didn't overwork himself.
He had decided to entertain the idea.
After all, it'd be a hard offer to refuse to have your girlfriend cuddling up to you, almost naked, for free, and you just need to sit there and cuddle back.
He could get used to it.
Leone had let out a provocative, defensive aura around them to make sure they weren't disturbed, so now the members of Night Raid know that if they see a random draped blanket on a large chair or a couch or something, giving off a deadly aura, that it's Leone and Shobu.

Chelsea cringed as she felt her mechanical fingers, three out of the five on the hand she still has, move as she helped to plant some vegetables.
"How do you get used to it?" She asked, looking up at Seryu, who was across from her helping out. "The metal limbs?"
Seryu frowned. "You don't, you just learn to accept it, it's kind of like walking with a limp for the rest of your life, it'll always feel strange." She then sighed, bringing a hand up to run it through her hair, which was let down from the usual ponytail.
"There's things that I had felt, that I'll never feel again, and that scares me sometimes." She admitted. "The warmth of another hand in mine, the pain of something stabbing into my arm, I'd never given it much thought before meeting Okami." She explained.
"It's a shame that the things we both feel are different, when I grab onto your hands I can still tell that they're rough and rugged from constant use, just like a normal human's hands would be from constant training and pressure, I can tell from these hands that you're a hard worker who likely practices a lot, but it's the opposite for me, when you caress my hands you feel nothing, you only know that what you're touching is a hand. It's the same thing as your heart, or mind, are you really a human if you can't make your own thoughts and decisions, or feel flustered or rage?"
Seryu shook her head at the memory. "Back then, I'd thought I'd be stronger if I was fully made into a machine, but something I realized," she started, holding her metal hand out in front of her, and gripping a fist. "I don't need to change myself to be stronger, I just need to accept that I am what I am, and do what I can."
Chelsea smiled wholesomely, choosing to let her newest friend relive her memories as she continued planting.
It seems we've all gone through some difficult times, in all sorts of ways.

Outside the Capital, Shobu walked quietly through the park as he took notice of two people up ahead.

Aksiyon"You sure this'll work?" Shobu asked, holding the rare ore in his hand, glancing at Okami, before hesitantly looking over at Esdeath, who was waiting patiently for them. "Yes." Okami responded, taking a heavy breath as he held up his own ore. "Alrig...
