I woke up to the sun pouring into the room an they sounds of birds outside my window. I noticed Randy wasn't in bed so he was probably down stairs. I got up and stretched still pretty happy from last night. I grabbed a sweatshirt and put that on over my pajamas and went downstairs. Randy wasn't there so I went to the fridge to get orange juice and noticed a note.
It said: "Delaney, I am going to see my parents. They moved to Australia. I shouldn't be gone more than a week. My mom called and said my dad was in the hospital. Call when you wake up. Love you, R"
I went to the phone and dialed Randy's number. He must've left right when we got home from the concert last night. The phone rang a few times until he answered.
"Hey." Randy said sounding very tired.
"Is everything alright?" I asked worried.
"Yeah....Yeah....my dad had a heart attack but he is fine. He's sleeping now. I talked to him already. He'll be fine."
"Ok...Good."
"Yeah....Sorry I left without telling you. I brought you to your room after the concert and I left right away."
"Ok...Your coming home soon?"
"Yeah. As soon as I can get a plane back. It should be in the next few days."
"Ok. Thats good."
"Yeah. Im going to let you go. I'll call later."
"Alright. Love you."
"Love you too." He hung up and I sighed. I decided to do the dishes then do the laundry. It always helped relieved my stress. After doing all that I showered and got dressed in sweatshirt and shorts. Then I decided to call Joe and Zoe.
"Hey Zoe. Can you and Joe come over? Randy went to Australia to see his dad who had a heart attack." I explained.
"Of course! Is he ok?" Zoe asked.
"Yeah he's fine."
"Ok. Thats good. Should we bring anything?"
"Your cameras."

Zoe came into my room and told me that Delaney wanted us to go over with our cameras. I agreed and packed my camera bag and Zoe did the same. Zoe drove and I went along as we drove to Randy and Delaney's. Zoe explained how Randy's dad had a heart attack and thats why he's in Australia.
When we arrived I hadn't noticed how big their house was. It was like a mansion. There was a huge yard and it was actually a beautiful house. I perfect party house, I thought.
