puppy:)

you had finished filming your show, yet kit was not done from filming yet. so you were stuck at home it new york alone. you had no one to talk to, no friends they were all back in London. you only had face-time, though you were glad for it, it just wasn't the same as  seeing people in person.
you and kit had talked about getting a dog before but it was nothing serious, it was just something you talked about. nothing you were going to commit too. but today you decided you were going commit. you were going to surprise kit with a puppy, not just because you wanted one but you knew deep down the kit severely wanted a dog.  you started to research animal shelters near you, you came across a certain dog named finley. he was a 1 month old german shepherd. you called the shelter asking if finely was still available, thankfully he was, you were going to go by tomorrow morning to go see him and see if he was a right fit for you. you knew that without even meeting him he was going to be yours. it was the morning of going to see finley when kit face-timed you. you answered.
"hello love", he spoke.
"hi baby",  you replied looking at the mirror putting in your earrings.
"what are you getting ready for at 8 in the morning?"
"i'm getting you a surprise."
"well how ironic. i have a surprise for you too."
"well, what is it?"
"i'm get to come home early, i will be their in 7 hours."
"what", you said ecstatically.
you couldn't believe he was going to be home soon! plus, he will get to see the surprise early .
i guess you will get to see you supiese early", you said and winking at him.
"i guess so love."
"see you soon, i love you."
"i love you too."
he hung up the phone and you finished getting really and grabbed your phone, keys, and purse and walked out the door.
when you arrived at the shelter the workers greeted you and brought you back to a empty room.
"we will bring back finley soon", an attendee said.
you nodded and acknowledged them and went to your phone making a pick up order for some stuff for finley. before you knew it they came in with finley. he was perfect and you brought him home with you. you arrived at your house and settled in with finely making his cage and getting him comfy. you cuddled with him until kit got home.
*few hours later*
you heard a door unlock. you quickly put finley in his. play pen area and rushed to the door and grabbed a blindfold to over kits eyes. before you even got a chance to kiss him you covered his eyes.
"i don't even get a kiss yet?"
"you can't see it yet."
you gave him a peck in the lips.
"is that better?"
"yes ma'am."
you chuckled at his remark and slowly moved him towards the living room. you heard bark from where finely was.
"finely to ur supposed to be quiet until your dads blindfold was off."
"i have a son?"
you untied the blindfold from kits eyes. he eyes widened when he saw the puppy in front of you.
"meet out son kit."
kit ran up to the puppy and grabbed him into a hug, finley licked his face. you went up behind kit and wrapped your arms around him; you payed your head against his back.
"i missed you kit."
"i missed you too love",'he chuckled still holding into the dog. you pulled kits shirt signaling for him to sit down, he complied turning to face you and then sat down. you took finley from kits arms and held him.
you stood finely up and grabbed his paw.
you talked in a high pitched voice pretending to be finely "hi daddy i'm finely!"
"hi finely", kit chuckled back.
you turned  you head from finely to face kit. he had a cute side smile in his face admiring the two of you.
"thank you y/n i love you."
"i love you too."
kit leaned forward and kissed you, you kiss quick and passionate. it was cut short because of finley, he started to paw at kits shirt.
"do you miss daddy already", he questioned the dog laughing.
"i guess we know who the favorite parent is", you said.
you moved your body to kit and sat next to him, you patted finelys  head and laid yours on kits shoulder taking in your new happy life.
