The nurses had their backs to the on call rooms. They had seen Shepherd go in one and knew no one else was in there. Olivia heard soft clicking and turned slightly and saw Montgomery. She cleared her throat a little and Tyler glanced backward. Debbie just watched her screen. She clearly saw the reflection off her screen of Montgomery going into the on call room that Shepherd was in. As soon as the door shut, they all spun around and money quickly exchanged hands. And they waited.

Meredith woke up in a sweat and shot upright in bed. [i]She was having a nightmare.[/i]

In less than a minute, Derek stormed out of the on call room and said loudly for half the floor to hear, "Damn it Montgomery! I'll get a fucking restraining order if I have to!"

Derek saw the nurses staring at him and said, "I apologize for my language. Page me if you need me. I am going to find an on call room on another floor."

Debbie said sweetly, "Yes Dr. Shepherd."

Addison came out shortly looking sheepish.[i] Damn him. Did he sleep with one eye open? She had stripped down to her underwear and had crawled into bed with him. He had been fully clothed and the second she got into bed, he had shot up wide awake.[/i] She looked at the nurses smirking at her.[i] Shit! They all knew what happened. That was okay. She would just make their lives hell for the rest of her shift.[/i]

Debbie held out her hand and Tyler and Olivia handed over the cash. No one had bet against Shepherd. Their bet was how long it took for him to run screaming out of the room.

Two days later in the crowded locker room, everyone was changing clothes. Addison comes in and everyone gives her a wide berth. Dr. Bailey is right behind her. No one notices some of the nurses coming in behind Dr. Bailey except Bailey.

"You're late Montgomery."

Addison whines, "I had a problem getting a cab."

Cristina snorts, "I can imagine how you wouldn't be able to walk three blocks from the Archfield in those heels?"

Dr. Bailey raises an eyebrow and asks, "You've been living at the Archfield all this time?"

Addison says defensively, "Yeah. I mean it's convenient."

Dr. Bailey says, "Yeah. It's so convenient; I would expect you to be on time all the time!"

Addison starts a retort, but seeing the look on Dr. Bailey's face she stops. Dr. Bailey starts giving out the assignments, and Addison opens her locker.

"Ouch!" Addison gets hit in the head and face. She puts her hands up to protect her face.

Everyone starts laughing as books spill out of Addison's locker and onto the floor while she tries to avoid getting hit again.

Addison is furious that someone stuffed her locker with paperback books.

"It's not funny!" She spins around and looks at Yang and Grey.[i] The probable suspects.[/i]

They look just as surprised as she is and she glares at Derek and Mark. [i]They are laughing the loudest. But then again the entire room is laughing at her. Even Dr. Bailey is smirking.[/i] Addison starts kicking the books on the floor and Cristina picks one up as does Mark.

Cristina says loudly, "Um...Addison. I think someone is trying to tell you something. Someone seems to think you need to read HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU."

Mark raises any eyebrow at Derek and he shakes his head no.

Mark laughs and says, "The books are all the same. Addie. Are you starting a library? A one title library?"
