Its a few days later and Dr. Bailey is walking down the hall when she hears the commotion
She frowns and opens the door to the dermatology waiting room. Addison is screaming at one the residents. Luckily it's early and there are no patients yet.

He says, "Dr. Montgomery. Please calm down. There is nothing we can do. You are just going to have to live with it."

Addison screams, "Are you insane? How am I supposed to live with it?"

Dr. Bailey walks up and asks, "What's the problem?"

Addison turns around to face her and Dr. Bailey says, "Oh. I see." She looks expectantly at the resident.

He says defensively, "Don't blame us. She's been coming to us regaralily for botox. We do it on a set schedule. She asked for more and we said no. It wasn't safe. But she somehow got a hold of some herself and injected too much. She doesn't understand there is nothing we can do." He held up his hands in frustration.[i] He didn't need this crap from a dumb patient, much less a doctor.[/i]

Dr. Bailey nods at him and says, "I'll take care of it."

He leaves the waiting room and Dr. Bailey studies her. "Did you really inject yourself? You know how stupid and dangerous that is?"

Addison whined, "I wanted to look younger! It's not like I didn't pay for it!" [i]She had gotten the botox from one of the dermatology interns she was screwing. He still made her pay for it.[/i]

Dr. Bailey said, "He's right. There is no correction for this but time for the botox to wear off. Even if there was, this is a good lesson for you. Doctors shouldn't treat themselves. You lose perspective. Come on. We are going to be late for rounds."

Addison whined, "I can't be seen like this!"

Dr. Bailey narrowed her eyes and said, "Montgomery. You have enough real problems. Like not flunking out this year! This is a minor blip that will go away by itself. You can't let vanity get in the way. Are you in or out?"

Addison sighed and said, "I don't suppose you're open to swag are you?"

Dr. Bailey smiled evilly and Addison felt a little hope return.[i] Maybe she could bribe Bailey after all.[/i]

Dr. Bailey said, "Thanks for that Montgomery. I almost felt sorry for you. I am going to forget you said that. That is my gift to you! Now get your ass down to the locker room!"

Addison walked into the locker room with her head held down. [i]Six weeks until the shit wore off. Well, in six weeks she would be a resident and her parents would give her the trust fund.[/i] She gritted her teeth and thought to herself,[i] I can do this. There is light at the end of the tunnel.[/i]

Mark is the first to notice and he inclines his head towards Addison. Derek looks up and shrugs. He doesn't pay any attention to her and she could have two heads and he wouldn't notice. Cristina glances up from her locker and gasps. Meredith looks over at her strangely. But she doesn't notice either.[i] After their incident in the locker room, Meredith tries not to look at Addison in any way.[/i] Burke is openly staring at Addison.

Dr. Bailey comes in and says, "This is a teaching hospital and we have a lesson today before we round. The lesson is that doctors should never self medicate, self heal and if any of you have a medical issue, go see a doctor you aren't intimately involved with!"

Everyone chucked and snickered and Dr. Bailey gave them all the death glare. Mark got closer to Addison and asked sincerely, "Who the hell did that? I am not going to study under them!"
