Thank god, he isn’t considered guilty but my god I wish that we wouldn’t have to take him into the court for more interrogation. For now I will keep my mouth shut but I won't let him get convicted for something he didn’t even do.

Jeff and Ash said simultaneously, “Understood, we will keep you posted.”

“Good luck.” Diamond number one said.

Suddenly, the blue crystal exploded in Ash’s hands and for a second Ash screamed in surprise for a second. The horses stayed calm and kept walking on the path.

Jeff quickly asked in a concerned voice as he watched Ash drop the shards of the remaining cristole to the ground, “Are you ok?”

“Yea… Yea I am alright, I guess the crystal was at its limit of magic and that is why it exploded.” Ash said in a slightly shaky voice.

Jaff asked in a slightly low voice, “You aren't hurt are you?”

Ash turned to face Jaff as she replied “No… I’m fine but thanks for asking.”

She then turned back towards the road while Jeff said with a smile, “We should be careful, the road is starting to get narrower. We should get in a single file line and rech the next town by sunset.”

Ash sighed as she said “I will take dumb ass over there.” She quickly pointed to Eathand's boss for a few moments before holding on to the horse with both hands and continued “At least I can control him by letting a little bit of anger out if I have to.”

Jeff quickly smiled as he said “Alright, I will take Jeff then. Oh, try not to kill if he pisses you off.”

“I can't make any promises but I will try my best not to hurt him too much.” Ash said in a joking voice.

Jeff giggled as they started forming a single file line with Ash sitting at the front and Ethans boss behind her with his eyes still on the tree. Jeff followed them close behind with Jaff nervously looking ahead to see that the right side of the road slowly disappeared into the side of a large mountain with a view of a large beach and the large vast sea. Three hours later, the sun slowly started to set in the horizon and they quickly made it into the next town before the sun disappeared from the sky as the moon slowly took its place as the sky turned black with stars. Suddenly, the sound of howling of wolves came from behind them as they entered through the gates that marked the entrance of the town. Ash and Jeff sighed in relief as they passed through the gates and there was the sound of something running away from them.

Jeff quickly said, “Thank god, we made it. For a moment I thought we might have to camp out in the woods.”

Ash smiled as she said in a tired voice, “That's one day done, we have four more towns to go through in order to make it to headquarters.”

As they walked through the alleyways and streets, Jeff quickly noticed that there wasn’t a single living person or animal in sight. After five minutes, they stopped in front of a one story building that looked as if it had been ransacked.

Jeff asked in a surprised voice, “Is this the motel?”

Ash slowly replied “Unforchinitly, this is the only motel in this town.”

“Alright, I will take care of the horses while you take Jaff and him into the motel. We should get two rooms though, one prisoner in each room.” Jeff said in exhaustion as he got off of his horse.

Ash nodded her head yes in understanding as she got off of her horse, she then helped Jaff and Ethans boss off of their horses. They instantly went into the motel and were surprised to see that the interior was like natcher didn’t lay a finger on it. The was looked like they were almost metallic but mixed with a hint of wood and the floor was filled with black, morvil tials. By the concession stand stood a tall, young man dressed in a white shirt, blue jeans and a small black cloak. Smiled a bright, welcoming smile that filled his face as Ash and the prisoners walked up to him with an exhausted look on their face.
