I am traveling with Jaff, I think I will take him to my hometown someday but for now I am going to take Jeff’s Ash’s to his hometown. I am not sure what I am going to do after that, I have no reason to live at this point but I have to find a reason to live in this world. Jeff was the only reason that I was even trying to live but now that he is gone and I am still alive, I guess we will have to wait and see what happens next.

Ash slowly followed Jaff through the rough road that the horses were walking on. There was silence between them as time passed by as if it was being spread up.

After a few more minutes, Jaff broke the silence as he watched Ash come up beside him and asked “Ash, are you alright?”

Ash slowly replied, “If I am being honest then no… No, I am not alright.”

“Do you want to talk about it?” Jaff asked in a concerned voice.

Ash quickly replied “No, I just want to get to Jeff's hometown.”

Jaff immediately said “Alright, I understand.”

Three hours later, Jaff and Ash made it to the next closest town that was only three miles from Jeff's hometown. Ash focused on the ground once they reached the town and stopped at a small hotel.

Jaff quickly said as he grabbed Ash’s horse, “Why don't you find us a room for the night.”

Ash nodded in understanding as she went into the small hotel that sat in front of them. She quickly got into the hotel and got them a room with two beds, she instantly walked to their room. They quickly walked over to one of the beds while laying down from exhaustion, after a few hours Jaff came into the room with a tired look on his face.

Ash asked “I hate to ask this but can we stay here for a few days?”

Jaff replied while getting ready for bed, “I don't see why not. It wouldn’t be a bad idea considering everything that has happened.”

Once Jaff was finished getting ready for bed, he laid down on the bed across from Ash. they slowly fell asleep in an instant from exhaustion from the long gurney that they had gone through. Suddenly, Ash started to have terrible dreams that returned, Ash moaned as her dreams grew even more intense by the second. Ash was in a void filled with darkness and no sounds around them as if she was in a place that didn’t exist.

A loud voice suddenly rang out from the darkness, “Why do you fight me? I can take care of you and yet you still push me away, even when I give you some space for a long time but no, you still refuse.”

There was a long moment of silence before Ash opened her mouth but no words came out and at that moment she was so confused why she couldn’t speak in her dreams.

“Oh, how cute you want to speak in this world but don't know how. Just think in your mind about what you want to say.” The voice said calmly.

As thought out loud and suddenly her voice echoed through the darkness, she said “I don't even know who you are and I think I have found someone that may be able to help me  find a reason to move on, that is only one reason to join you.”

“How pathetic, I will never give up on you my pet and I will have you join me one way or another.” The voice said in anger.

Suddenly, Ash fell into a white light and landed on what looked to be some kind of blue grass. Instantly Ash realized that what she landed on wasn’t a blade of grass, she had landed on someone's finger. Ash instantly screamed in fear as she fell to the backwoods until she was near the edge of the finger.

The voice said with a hint of delight in his voice, “You will join me or you will lose your friends.”

Suddenly the finger that was holding Ash up above the darkness disappeared and she fell into the darkness screaming in fear.
