Book name:- Twisted perfection

Title :-7 /10

The book is ongoing. I haven't still got the connection between the title and storyline even though the title is catchy.

Cover:-8/10

Its good. The black and white cover gives a different expression given its a mafia book.

Blurb:- 9/10

The blurb is good. It definitely gives insight of the story. A part of story that intrigues to read the story and introduction to main leads is perfect.

Storyline:- 9 /10

Although the Mafia boy and a simple girl storyline is usual, your way of presenting storyline is good. Marcus's death is definitely suspicious.

Dialogue and expression:- 8/10

Creativity:-8/10

The subplots are good and different. Marcus death is definitely suspicious and also is related to Mafia world. I believe there are secrets about him that would be revealed later.

Overall engagement:-8 /10

Grammar, spelling and typo: 7 /10

I have found no spelling mistakes so far. Your sentence formations are also pretty good.
Where I found major flaw is in your usage of tense. There are instances where you start the para in present tense and end up using past tence further and vice versa. So you will need a bit of editing there and need to be careful here on

Character:-8/10

Austin a mysterious guy who believes that life isn't made for him due to his past and also him being mafia leader. But then slowly Kate changes it as he starts feeling for her.
Katherine a girl who was leading a normal life thinking she has everything including a loving boyfriend. Suddenly everything changes when she bumps into a handsome mysterious man.

I think their characters have evolved pretty good till now. They are accepting each other well.

Flow:- 9/10

The flow is good. There is no unnecessary interruption or dragging. Neither there is rush in plotline. Its in good speed.

Total:- 81/100

Reviewer critique:-

The main story line though usual, the subplots makes the story interesting and keeps the readers hooked. The only major area you need to work is on usage of tense.

I hope this helps you in writing your book further. Best of luck.

Love,
