Tae earlier that day....
Tae woke up to his phone ringing, he sleepily reached out for it and squinted at the screen... Jimin. He answered with a groggy "hi" still laying on bed, eyes shut and resting his phone on the pillow next to his ear..
"GET UP GET UP GET UP " shouted Jimin excitedly.. Tae groaned and sat up "aww my ears Jimin!" he said but smiled as it was the first contact with his group brothers in what seemed like forever. "I'm awake" he said.
"yeah but are you up?" said Jimin, "Jimin," groaned Tae "what are you talking about?"
Just then Tae heard his front door bell go.. "one sec" he said to Jimin and climbed out of bed, down the stairs and opened the front door.
BANG ! POP! WHIZZ!.. party poppers went off making Tae jump and there on his doorstep was Jimin and J-Hope.
He found himself engulfed in a group hug as they shouted out excitedly. "took you long enough!"
"congratulations brother"
"well done"
Tae was overwhelmed and it took a few minutes to calm the scene down and take in all that was happening.
"what are you doing here?" he said smiling.. "come in ill make you tea"
He led the way and the two others followed him.
Tea made they sat in his mother's front room and Tae asked once again "what brings you here? Does Bang know? I don't want you to get into trouble"
Jimin and J-Hope looked at each other and then said in unison "we're kidnapping you!" and they both laughed.
None the wiser Tae glared at them and waited. Jimin and J-Hope tried to look scared at Tae's stern face but both lost it and laughed again. Tae picked up the nearest cushion and threw it at Jimin "Hey!" exclaimed Jimin throwing it back "you nearly spilt my tea lol" he put his hands up in defeat when Tae threatened to throw the cushion again. "okay okay I'll tell you what's going on." Tae put the cushion down and waited.
"RM told us you got married. So we came to congratulate you. Personally I cant believe it took the two of you so long to see what most of us knew all along but never mind you got there in the end. We're leaving the important stuff to RM, he's our leader he can and is still fighting Bang for you."
J-Hope interrupted" we're throwing you a wedding and we're going to surprise JK"
"hey!" said Jimin, "I was just about to say that!"
"you were taking too long" said J-Hope laughing.
"what?!" said Tae looking at them both "you're doing what?"
J-Hope stood up and went over to Tae "when we heard that you and JK had exchanged rings and promises to each other but you had been on your own we decided that we didn't care about anything else, you two deserved a proper wedding. So.. We've gone ahead and arranged everything all we need is the two grooms "
Tae felt excitement and happiness bubble up inside him. His brothers, his family accepted and even celebrated with him and now they were willing to even risk Bangs wrath and throw a wedding party for him and JK
" I don't know what to say " he said choking up with tears..
J-Hope slapped him on the back, "just say yes isn't that traditionally all thats needed?" he said smiling at his little joke.
Tae had a million more questions but Jimin had said get dressed time was of the essance, so he'd run upstairs had the fastest shower and threw on the first tracksuit he found.
He ran back down stairs saying" I need to leave a note for my parents" but Jimin said "don't worry I spoke to them earlier they knows your coming with us"
"okay" said Tae and then they quickly ushered him into their car and they were off.
In the car, whilst J-Hope drove Jimin explained the plan.. "we wanted to surprise both of you but it was working out way too complex, we have decorated the dorm front room out so now looks like a wedding hall, we've invited a handful of guests that will support you, we've got a DJ for the after party and we've arranged the officiate,, master of ceremonies, Someone to sing your nuptial song.. Its literally all arranged you just need to make yourself presentable and turn up"
Jimin was very proud of all they'd achieved in such a short time and Tae was so greatful and excited, but still slightly apprehensive about Bang.. "are you sure we won't be in trouble,? What if some one leaks something?"
"don't worry" said J-Hope "every one there was hand picked for their trust worthiness "
" you'll see soon enough "said jimin.
It wasn't long until they pulled up at the dorm, Tae was happy to see the streets clear, somtimes Army or paparazzi would be waiting on the off chance they're see some of the group members.
They quickly went inside and Jin greeted him with a quick hug and then said come on come on and whisked him away to one of the dressing rooms where Tae's favourite hairstylist and make up artist where stood waiting.
After recieving their quick congratulations they both set to work, by the time they were finished Tae was dressed in a beautifully tailored white suit with a floaty net like shirt. His hair was set perfect and his skin glowed.
Tae looked at himself in the full length mirror, he's been dressed up so many times before but for some reason today he actually felt beautiful , he was dressing for his JK, and wanted to do him proud.
Next he was taken to a pretty white leather sofa that had been adorned with all different shades of white flowers, of all different designs.
Jin, now dressed himself in a pastel blue suit invited him to sit, which he did, set up in front of the sofa was a camera on a tripod and Jin had a little controller in his hand. "selfie time" he said., and sat next to Tae remotely snapping off a few pictures, then Jimin in pale yellow came in and sat down, this time Jin looked through the camera lense and said "say cheese"
Both Tae and Jimin wore huge grins and said cheese together.
Finally it was J-hope, dressed in a mint green suit, but the trousers were tight and slightly shorter and Tae could see he wore green and white chequered socks, he laughed out loud.
"hey," said J-Hope feigning hurt "I spent hours choosing this out fit" Tae apologised but J-Hope was smiling so all was taken lightly. J-Hope say down next to Tae and put his arm around him and smiled as Jin clicked off a few shots. They did a few more with all four of them then Jimins phone rang and he dussapeared saying he right back.
Tae's tummy fluttered, was it JK, he waited excitedly ... And then his parents walked in,..
His mother looked beautiful in a pale pink and white hanbok, she was smiling and her eyes glistened.
His father was dressed in a traditional Hanbok also, he'd never seen his parents dressed up like this before,
"mother, father" he stood up and bowed, greeting them formally as the occasion befitted. His parents bowed back and v them came over to him, his mother hugged him and his father shook his hand.
"you've been living your own life for the last ten years" his father said "who am I to tell you who to love?" Tae didn't think he could get any happier, and then he heard "they're here....
