"I think going to England would be really fun!" she finally blurts out.

"Really?! I thought I was going to have to work to convince you." I chuckle.

"I can't wait to meet your mom. And I'd love to visit England..."

"But?"

"But I've never been on a plane. I've never even left Washington."

"Don't worry, baby. I promise you'll have fun. We can even join the mile high club."

"Hardin!" Tessa shrieks and covers her face while I break out into laughter.

"I'll work on convincing you of that last part."

"Stop! All joking aside..." She rolls her eyes. "Thank you so much for planning this trip. It would be nice to have a mother figure in my life. I love how you always know exactly what I need."

"I love you, Tess. Now, how about we watch the sunset together?"

"That sounds perfect." Tessa snuggles up next to me as we watch the sun disappear. "What are we doing next, Hardin?"

"Well, since I'm recreating our first date, the same thing we did then."

"Um, after we had our picnic we... went swim—" A horrified expression takes over Tessa's face. "Oh, no!"

"Oh, yes!" I smirk.

"Hardin, it's dark out!"

"Well, that's one of the new twists."

"It's going to be too cold to swim in!"

"The sun just set. The water will still be warm."

"I don't know... Why did we have to go swimming in the dark?"

"So we can skinny dip, of course!"

"Nuh-uh! No way! Not happening!"

I start to laugh. "I'm just joking. Here, wear this," I suggest as I take off my shirt and toss it toward Tessa.

She catches it and plays with it in her hands. "I don't know how I always let you talk me into stuff like this," she huffs before taking off her dress and slipping my shirt over her bra and panties.

"I don't think I actually have to talk you into any of this stuff." I walk closer to Tessa, until I'm close enough to whisper in her ear. "I think you like the thrill of being caught."

Tessa looks up at me and blushes as a shy smile takes over her face.

"Fuck, Tess... I'll never get tired of seeing you in my shirt."

"Maybe I should wear this instead of a wedding dress." She giggles.

"I wouldn't complain, but there is one problem with that."

"What?"

"There's no way in hell I'm letting anyone else see how sexy you look right now. This look is only for me." I cup Tessa's cheek before roughly kissing her.

"Don't start something you can't finish!" She giggles as she pulls away from my grasp and runs toward the lake.

"Tease!" I quickly take off my shoes and pants before running after Tessa. "Don't you dare get in the water without me!"

"You're supposed to help me in, just like last time."

I get into the water first as Tessa sits on the edge of the dock. I help her get in the water, smiling at the familiar feeling. "I know this is supposed to be like last time, but don't fall into the water and pop back up choking."

"Jerk!" Tessa shouts before splashing me in the face and laughing.

"That's not exactly my idea of foreplay, Theresa."

"Hardin! If I'm not going to skinny dip in this lake, I'm definitely not going to have sex with you, either!"

I reach for Tessa and pull her close to me. "It was worth a try." I grin. "I love you," I say as I brush the wet hair from Tessa's face.

We continue swimming around in the water while it's still warm enough to enjoy. Tessa continues to giggle every time she sneaks up on me and splashes me in the face.

"Gotcha!" I shout as I catch her in the act and wrap my arms tightly around her. I turn her so that she's facing me and then tuck her wet hair behind her ear. "I can't believe this beautiful girl I see in front of me will be my wife in only three months from now."

"Neither can I! I never imagined that I'd be married before I'm even twenty one!"

"With kids before twenty two," I add.

"Hardin!"

"What?" I laugh.

"So, is this how it's going to work? You can't pester me about a wedding date anymore, so now you'll be pestering me about children twenty-four seven?"

"Pretty much." I shrug.

"Don't you want to enjoy married life for awhile before you add children into the mix?" Tessa places her hands against my chest. "Don't you want to enjoy making love to your wife every night?" She smiles as she moves her hands down my chest and over my stomach. "Don't you want to practice making babies for awhile first?" she asks seductively as she starts to palm and stroke me through my boxers.

"Fuck," I choke.

"What's that?" Tessa giggles as she continues to stroke me.

"I-I think we're ready for... the final activity of the n-night," I finally spit out while Tessa continues to stroke me.

"And what would that be?" Tessa asks with a devilish grin.

"We have to walk back to the car."

"Okay, let's go." She smirks.

I reach down and pull Tessa's hand away. "I... uh... I need a minute," I explain and Tessa starts to giggle. "You're a cruel woman." I narrow my eyes at her.

After I finally get things to calm down, I drag Tessa through the water and help her out. We dry off with the picnic blanket before getting dressed and walking back to the car.

"Hardin, what are we doing now?" Tessa asks impatiently.

When we reach the car, I finally answer her. "What would an anniversary celebration be without a little love making?" I smirk.

"Seriously? You think having sex in the car is romantic?" Tessa rolls her eyes.

"No, but it's hot as hell. Anyway, we're not doing it in the car."

"What? I'm confused."

I open the trunk and pull out the final surprise of the night. "This should help with the love making."

"A sleeping bag?"

"Yep! Remember when we made love on the rooftop?"

"Of course." Tessa says and starts to blush a little.

"Then you should also remember when I said the next time we do it in public will be at our spot at the lake."

"Oh, no! No, no, no!"

"Oh, yes! We'll go back to where we had our picnic today, I'll set up the sleeping bag and then we'll make love, not only under the stars, but overlooking the lake. Now, doesn't that sound romantic, baby?"

"Hardin..."

"Come on, baby, just say yes."
