Chapter 90: The Weird World Of Wrym

In the middle of the night

"For the last time Nymph, it was just a scratch! I'm fine!"

"No, you're not!!"

"What do you mean I'm not?! I feel perfectly fine! I just scratched myself on something and I'm fine!"

Nymph started cleaning up the scratch on Remus's cheek, "Just stay still!"

"Alright, alright"

Nymph shook her head as she continued cleaning the wound, as Remus stared at her.

"What is it?"

"I hate seeing you act like this, that's all"

"Like what?"

"Like.."

"Like..?"

".. nothing"

"No, it's something, what is it-!"

"Like I'm helpless without you, there I said it" Nymph placed the alcohol directly on the wound.

"Ow! Okay, now I'm confused, what are you talking about?"

"Out there, you kept jumping in while I was fighting the ice dragons, same on the planet we were on yesterday."

"And..?"

"You act like I can't protect myself!"

"No I don't!"

"Yes, you do!"

"No, I don't!"

"For crying out loud, what is going on in here?!"

The two looked up as Shady was standing in their doorway, half asleep, holding her magic staff.

"Nothing!"

"Nothing sounds like something that can be worked out in the morning."

".. yes ma'am"

"Good, now good night."

The two slept on separate beds as Shady turned off the lights and closed the door.

In the morning

"I'm not being overprotective! That's you!"

"Overprotective?! I thought you were just upset that I, for some reason, think of you as a 'helpless little bird' when I don't!"

"Well it's both!!"

"Oh dios mio, what is going on?"

"Don't tell me, that the perfect couple is fighting!"

"It.. looks like they are"

"So that was them waking us up?"

"Looks like it!"

"Should we stop them?"

"I don't know but I can't look away"

"Oh, Don't get me started on your snoring! Sounds like a damn car alarm!!"

"You aren't much better! Ms pancake head-!"

"Alright, Alright!! Stop!!" Leah and Shady shouted, getting in between the two.

"What?!"

"You two have been at this for the last three hours!"

"God, even Raph and Haley barely fought this much!"

"And this has been going on since last night!"

Nymph crossed her arms, looking away from Remus as he looked away from her.
