Chapter 87: Battle for the Earth

A couple weeks later

Donnie woke up and looked at the alarm that was ringing, he sighed.

"Today would've been that day..."

He slowly got out of bed and started his usual routine until he walked out of his room and he saw everyone else looking at him.

"Did I miss something?"

"We just wanted to see if you were okay, D! We know today is hard"

".. I feel okay right now, why?"

"Donnie, we all know today would've been your wedding day"

".. I'll be okay, I just.."

"Just take it easy, the kids are out doing some chores so you don't gotta worry about them"

"Mmm.."

"Hey, how about we go out? We haven't been out in a while and.. it could be fun"

"I don't know, I really would rather work"

"You did work a lot when we were younger, plus.. it's better to go out than stay inside, thinking about it"

"I don't know"

"Look, we'll let you work for a few hours, then we're dragging you out"

".. finne"

"Yay!!"

Meanwhile with the teenagers

The roux of dysfunctional teens stared at the yet to be traumatized Baby Preston.

"Um... Want a red bull?" Ray asked, holding an empty bottle.

"HE'S BARELY 6 MONTHS!"

"I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH HIM!!"

The teenagers froze as Preston started crying, Leah quickly picked him up, trying to calm him down.

"Where's Lena when you need her?!"

"She's on a date!"

"Nymph, you take him!!"

"Why me?"

"You're the one who works part-time at a daycare!!!"

"Okay! Okay! Let me see!"

Nymph held Preston and began humming a lullaby, calming him down.

"Aww"

Remus looked at her and turned bright red, as she started singing a lullaby in Spanish.

"Ooh, someone's blushing!"

"I'm gonna marry this woman and have babies with her." Remus said, not realizing he said it out loud, "I-I mean!"

"I call being your best man!!"

Nymph looked at them, confused because she didn't hear what he said.

"Uh.. I-I'll tell you later, but could I hold him?"

"Of course!"

"Yay"

Nymph handed him to Remus, she smiled as she stared at him.

"You're really daddy material"

"Okay, how are you two not married already?"

"Um... Underage and also still in school"

"Well, that won't be a problem in two years so.. I call being Mus' best man!!"

"Then who gets to be Nymph's maid of honor!!"
