JOHNSON'S POV
I pop a squat on the couch as I scrolled through Twitter.

"Alright, baby. I'm sorry I can't make it to our anniversary. I'll make it up too you..." I heard Cameron say behind me as I faved a tweet before turning on the TV.

Yeah okay Cameron....

I don't know what's going on with me and Cam, lately. Ever since he started dating (Y/N), he's been different.

Way different.

I could tell he doesn't love her. He's just using her. I try to tell her

Every, single, day,

I try...

But she doesn't believe me.

Yeah, I kinda might be in love with (Y/N), but she deserves someone better than Cameron.

And no, I'm not jealous. I'm just protecting her.

I just want her too feel like she's good enough, for anyone.

That she doesn't have to impress people.

Even if she's not with me....

"Yeah, okay baby. I got to go, I got some important things to do..." Cameron said to (Y/N) as he walked around the couch as he held the phone with his shoulder. "Alright baby. Bye"

Cameron threw his phone on the table and turned on the xBox.

You have got to be kidding me.

I scoffed and continue to scroll through Twitter, trying to mind my own business.

"What's wrong JJ?" Cameron said with a smirk on his face. He knows I hate it when he calls me that. I hate it when anyone calls me that.

"It's too early for this, Dallas" I told him as I scrolled through my timeline not paying attention to him.

"But, it's not too early for you, to think about (Y/N). Is it, JJ?!" Cameron said to me standing up from the couch and going behind it.

Gilinsky came down stairs at the right time because I was about to pop off on Cameron.

"What's going on over here...." Gilinsky said standing in between fired up Dallas and me.

"JJ, is thinking about my girl" Dallas said to Gilinsky. I scoffed.

Cameron would literally make up things and put stuff in other people's mouth just to make it look like he's the innocent one.

"Jack, if you believe that your fake, you know me better than anyone..." I said to Jack, trying to keep my cool and not blow up.

I'm waiting for Cameron to make the first hit, the first call. So I can hit him and slap him to Europe.

"I think he's in love with (Y/N)" Cameron said to me as I was about to call my mom, to tell her good morning.

"Dallas, you don't know the first thing about love!" I told Cameron as I hung up the call on the 8th ring and got up from the couch, realizing that I didn't get any breakfast.

The most important meal of the day...

"And you do?" Cameron said coming up to me and closing the fridge door as soon as I open it.

Now, I'm getting fired up.

"Yeah! I know it's not love when you use your girlfriend for sex!" I yelled at Cameron. "And I know it's certainly not love when you think of her as some trophy to show off to your friends!"

"Well, im just going to eat at iHop, cuz this tension isn't going to do well with my stomach..." Gilinsky said as he grabbed his car keys from the fruit bowl and headed out the door with his phone going to his ear.

"IS THAT ALL YOU GOT, JJ?!" Dallas yelled at me. Cameron was mad and he was beyond his control.

Cameron is buff, I'm not going to lie. I'm not trying to fight him, I'm trying to make a point go through his head.

He does not love (Y/N)

No matter how hard I have to go, I will get that message through his head.

"THE ONLY TIME YOU CALL HER IS TO SAY YOUR SORRY OR BLOW HER OFF FOR SOMETHING MORE 'IMPORTANT' LIKE PLAYING ON THE XBOX!" I yelled at Cameron.

I'm hungry as shit, maybe that's why I'm all fired up. I get really angry when I don't eat.

I went towards the fruit bowl and got an apple. I took a big bite out of it and just stared at Cameron doing big hand gestures.

I know he was talking but I just couldn't hear him. His mouth was moving, he looked very angry but I just couldn't hear the words that are coming from his mouth.

All of my focus was on the apple and how juicy it was. (If your thinking like that, don't. Ya nasty)

I finished the apple but Cameron didn't finish his rant.

"YOU CANT BE IN MY RELATIONSHIP AND TELL ME HOW TO LOVE SOMEONE. I LOVE (Y/N) AND-"

"Cam... I'm going to put it simple for you." I said interrupting his rant. He looked even more mad than before.

I know what ever he does to his girlfriend, (Y/N) is not my problem, but I can't believe that he would pick up a diamond and not save it. He would just put it back down for someone else to enjoy.

We are best friends and this is what best friends do, we call each other out on our mistakes.

Even if it's embarrassing.

"If yelling at her in a argument, and I know you guys do this a lot, does not make your throat burn. Then your not in love with her!" I yelled to Dallas as I pointed with my pointer for finger. I'm about to make a count.

"If her eyes don't make you stop in your tracks and make you think about what your going to say next is going to hurt her feelings, then Dallas, your not in love with her!" I said to Cameron, bringing my middle finger next to my index.

A count of two reasons now.

He thinks he knows what love is because he's been there two times, but he doesn't.

"If her laugh doesn't make you tense up your knuckles in the though of never hearing it again, then your not in love with her!" I said to cameron, putting my ring fingers up where my middle and index index finger are.

"If it only hurts her when she crys! THEN YOUR NOT FUCKING IN LOVE WITH HER!" I yelled at Cameron, thinking of the idea that he might have hurt her.

Maybe coming downstairs was just a bad idea, I should have stayed in my room and ordered pizza for breakfast.

"If her voice can't clam down your worst anxiety, then my boy, YOUR NOT IN LOVE WITH HER!" I yelled at Cameron.

Cameron just stood there, in front of me with a blank expression on his face. He knows this is true. I'm sorry to call him out on this, but he's doing it wrong.

"If her taking off all of her clothes is when you pay the most attention to her, then your not in love with her Cameron" I said to him shaking my head in disappointment.

"That's not true, I pay attention to her when she has clothes too..." Cameron said to me.

"Cameron, I don't mean to give you a life lesson, but I think your in love with the idea of her"
