Jada stood and stretched after everyone got the okay to exit the plane. She didn't think she'd ever been on a flight this long and it was only four hours from Seattle to Austin, Texas. It would be her first time in Texas and from what Jada looked up about the city and from what she could see from the plane window, she was excited to explore the city.

"You gonna stand there, or are you gonna help me grab the stuff?" Callie asked and Jada was greeted with a bag being stuffed in her face.

"Calliope, you know I've never been on a plane this long."

"I know that I'm an orthopedic surgeon. And once we get off this plane I'll stretch you out."

Jada let Callie do the heavy lifting and grab their bags down from the carry-on. Since she had gotten in a routine of streaming from around 9 am until 3 in the afternoon as well as recording and editing videos until 5 when her wife came home, Jada was starting to feel it in her neck. And that was another benefit of being married to an orthopedic surgeon. Callie could relieve all that pain easily.

"Come on Jackie," Jada called as she followed Callie who carried most of the bags out of the plane. "I know you're excited to meet the Aussie's."

The couple had decided to bring Jackie on their trip since they would be gone for the week, spending four days in Austin and three in Los Angeles before flying home. "Ali said they sent an Uber for us," Jada informed her wife as she finally checked her phone.

Jada let her wife handle getting all the luggage as they began to make their way out of the airport. She was feeling a lot better as Callie offered to carry all the bags if she would push the others. Callie had also stretched her back and it felt so much better.

"I don't know about you, but I hate the time change," Callie said from beside her. They landed in Austin at 2pm Pacific time. Which in Austin, changed to 4pm Central time. "I feel like we missed half the day."

"Shouldn't you be used to it?" Jada jokingly asked. "Since you did all the traveling? This is the first time I've been out of the time zone."

"I traveled so much a few years ago," Callie answered. "I'm not used to changing time zones."

"Are you going to complain when we go to New York?"

"New York is where I went the most," Callie said. "So I'm used to being there."

Jada was excited for their first holiday season together. After Christmas, Callie was treating her to an all expenses paid private trip to New York City for New Years. "I'm excited to go to New York with you. But you better get used to traveling, because we're going to have to go to Twitch con in the spring and these trips to Austin are going to become a lot more frequent."

"Hey, I'm down for all this traveling as long as I get to travel with you."

Since Jada was accepted into the Oni Studios creator program, her and Callie were making their first of many trips to Austin to visit Oni HQ. Jada would be meeting one of her now good friends, SypherPK, or Ali his real name, and his wife Daniella for the first time in person. Ali and Daniela were kind enough to invite the couple to stay at their home, which Jackie was going to have a blast hanging out with their three dogs all day.

Jada finally found the Uber and directed Jackie and Callie over to it. "Will you load everything up babe?" she asked with her best puppy eyes.
