Today was the day. It was the day of Callie and Jada's official wedding. And Jada couldn't be any more excited. Jada hadn't seen her wife since last night as they agreed not to see each other on the wedding day until the ceremony. Yes, they were already married, but this really felt like it for Jada. She was so glad they had decided to get married before the ceremony. Neither of them were fans of traditional weddings. And their wedding was going to be very non-traditional.

"You look so beautiful Jada," her mom said from behind her.

"Thanks mom," she answered, smiling in the mirror to herself. "Have you seen Callie yet?"

"Yeah honey, she looks beautiful too."

Jada smiled even wider. "I can't wait to see her. She's going to look so stunning."

"Are you ready?" Michelle asked. "They're getting started."

"I'm ready."

Jada followed her mom out of her room and down the stairs. They were having the wedding in the comfort of their backyard. It was a small wedding, consisting of family, Jada's friends, and a few of Callie's coworkers. After the ceremony was going to be the reception and dinner that they had catered and then the newly married couple would spent their first night together after the official wedding.

She could hear the music start to play in the backyard and Jada's excitement was through the roof. She was so excited to see Callie. From the window she could see both of their bridesmaids walking down the aisle together, meaning Callie had already went. Jada had chosen Rachel, Lexi, and Becca as her bridesmaids and Callie had chosen Meredith, April, and Christina.

As she came out the door, her dad was waiting for her. She took her dad's arm in one and her moms in the other. Jada felt a little sad that Callie's parents weren't here for her big day. But her dad and Luke had done the honors of walking her wife down the aisle.

Jada's jaw dropped when she saw her wife standing beside Bailey who was officiating the ceremony. Callie looked amazing. She wore a long, black, and simple dress. Her long hair was over her shoulders, curled into a little more of a wave than usual. Jada hadn't seen her dress up like this. And she looked so good. Jada wore the same dress, but in white, and her hair was braided up in a halo.

Callie extended her hand for Jada and helped her up the steps. "Baby, you look so beautiful," Jada said as she came to stand in front of Callie.

"Not as beautiful as you," Callie answered with a smile. "You look amazing."

"Thank you Calliope."

They stood across from each other as Bailey began the ceremony. For Jada, everything Bailey said went in one ear and right through the other. When they were called to exchange vows, Jada went first.

"Calliope, I don't even know where to start."

Everyone laughed. "Callie, I am so in love with you," she started. "And I promise that I am going to keep loving you for the rest of my life. Everyday I fall more and more in love with you Calliope. I promise that I'll be here for the good, the bad, and the ugly. I promise to continue supporting you, I promise to continue always being by your side, and I promise to be the best wife I can be."

Callie was blinking away tears. She took Jada's hands in hers. "I love you so much Jada. And I know every day that I am going to love you more and more. I promise to be the wife you deserve, and not only your wife, but your best friend. I promise I'll be with you every step of the way as we start our journey together as wives. And I know my busy schedule can be a lot sometimes, but I promise from now on that I'm going to put you first."

Bailey then called for the rings. Lauren walked down the aisle holding Jackie's leash. Jackie walked beside her holding a small basket that contained their rings. Lauren followed him down the isle and dropped the leash as Jackie walked up to Bailey, sitting down in front of her, and allowing her to grab both ring boxes out of the basket.

"And I now present the rings."

Callie took Jada's first, removing the beautiful diamond stone from the box. Inside the ring, was Jada's name engraved in Callie's handwriting with the date they were officially married. She gently slid the ring onto Jada's finger.

Jada did the same, taking Callie's out of the box. Callie's ring was different, the beautiful diamond was engraved into the band, allowing her to wear it all the time under her gloves at work and under her Lynx gloves. It was engraved with her name in Jada's handwriting and the same date as Jada's.

"I now officially, officially, pronounce you, Callie and Jada, wife and wife."

Callie didn't waste a second stepping across to her wife and kissed her hard and passionately. "I love you Jada. I love you so much."

Jada pulled her in for another kiss. "I love you more than life itself."
