As much as Jada hoped things would get better between her and Callie, they weren't. Callie had been gone a lot the past few days, and Jada could tell she was still very angry about what happened. Callie barely said more than a few words to her a day, and had been sleeping in a different bedroom since the first night everything happened.

After finishing a very distracting stream, Jada walked outside to get the mail. She refused to allow Callie or Jess to get the mail. Since she often sat inside all day, Jada made a habit out of going outside and getting the mail. As she went outside to grab the mail, a car she'd never seen before pulled up in front of the mailbox.

"Jaelynn Torres?" A woman asked as she stepped out of the car.

Jada looked around. At least some of the neighbors were out in case this woman was here to abduct her or something. But Jada doubted it, she had to be some sort of delivery person.

"Yeah, can I help you?" Jada replied.

The woman came forward with a large packet. "I'm here to serve these on behalf of Callie Torres. I'm going to need you to sign here real quick as proof that you've been served."

"Served what?" Jada asked. "I have no idea what you're talking about."

"I can't say," the woman said. "I'm sorry, but that is between you and your wife. Please sign."

Jada signed the paper and hurried inside. She quickly ripped open the packet and found herself face to face to divorce papers. Jada was so confused. Things weren't going the greatest, but she didn't think Callie would be filing for divorce. Jada felt completely blindsided. "Callie..." she whispered.

In a fit of anger, Jada ripped apart the packet. She was not signing the papers and Callie would not be returning them. As if on cue, Callie walked through the door. "What the fuck Callie?"

Callie rolled her eyes and set down her bag and keys. "I want a divorce."

"Callie, we are not getting divorced!"

"I cannot stop thinking about you fucking another woman. It's ruining our relationship."

"I did not fuck her!"

"Seeing you making out with her and her hand down your pants feels like it."

"Callie baby, listen to me. I do not want anyone but you. I am never leaving your side and I am not agreeing to this divorce. You are my wife, and I plan on being your wife the rest of our lives."

"I don't want to be your wife anymore."

Jada's heart broke at that. "Callie, I am not letting you go."

"We're done," Callie said quietly. "I trusted you and this is what you did. Don't sign the papers if you don't want to. But I'm going forward with the divorce process."

Jada grabbed the papers and ripped them apart as tears started to flow down her cheeks. "We are not getting divorced!" she yelled at Callie as she threw the papers at her. "No! No! And no! You are not allowed to leave me!"

"I'm not allowed?"

She got right in Callie's face. "No, you're not. Because we made vows to each other the day we got married. We are going to be there for each other no matter what!"

Jada continued. "I hurt you, I know I did. But I did not go out there looking for a hookup. You don't know how awful I feel Callie. I've been crying myself to sleep every night. I can't concentrate on my stream. I literally can't function right now because of how I hurt you and I don't know how else to say I'm sorry."

"You said you wouldn't hurt me again Jada. You've broken my heart twice."

"I am not going to hurt you again."

"Jada there's a picture," Callie said. "Somebody took a picture of you and that girl."

"I don't care Calliope. All I care about is you,
nothing else. And I will spend everyday proving that to you if you want me to."

Callie took a deep breath. "I don't know, I'm just tired of being hurt all the time."

Jada nodded. "I know. I need to be better for both of us and I promise I am going to do that."

She grabbed the pile of shredded papers and walked them to the trash can before coming to stand in front of her wife. "Like I said before, we are together. You don't get to tell me we're not together. Because I love you and you love me and right now, nothing else matters. Our love is going to get us through this. I know you love me, and I know you're trying to hide it, but you love me, you're not over me." Jada was getting bold. "If you don't love me anymore, fine. Get me another copy of those papers and I'll sign them. But stand here and tell me that you don't love me anymore."

Callie leaned against the counter and lowered her head. "I can't."

Jada made her way over to her wife. "I'm going to kiss you. Tell me you don't feel the same when I kiss you."

Jada slowly came closer, not breaking eye contact as she pressed her forehead against Callie's. "Kiss me Callie."

And Callie did. She met Jada in the kiss as their bodies pressed against each other. Jada threw  her hands around Callie's neck and into her long, dark hair. Callie's hands were pulling Jada closer to her. Jada gently bit at Callie's lower lip, begging her for access.

"Kiss me harder Callie."

The kisses became steamier, with their tongues dancing together with each other. Jada stepped back towards the kitchen counter and pulled her wife with her. As Callie moved to stand in front of her, Jada hopped up onto the counter so she was higher up than Callie. With her fingers in Callie's hair, Jada pulled Callie as close as she possibly could.

"Do you still want a divorce?" Jada asked between kisses.

"You have to promise me..." Callie whispered between kisses. "I want a promise that you're not going to mess with my heart like that ever again."

"I will never stare at another woman if that's what you want."

Callie smiled between kisses. "Good luck with that."

"Look at me Callie."

She did as told. "Yeah?"

"I have never went out to try and hurt you. I am going to do better. And I am going to be the best I can for you."
