Kinn always had an eye for everything. Every so small detail was something he remembered and caught. Especially in situations like that. Kinn was able to read the people in front of him, like no one else could.
Tay chuckled underneath his breath as he watched Porsche pulling faces in discussed. Porsche really seemed to hate his new job underneath Kinn. He also didn't seem like someone who actually knew how to be a bodyguard. Kinn and the other boys went back to shooting, while Porsche stood in the back. Porsche couldn't help himself, he was incredibly frustrated with the way things had been going. He did not want to be here. He did not want to work for Kinn or the rest of this family. If Porsche could decide he would go back home to his brother. Return back to work at Yoks Bar and lived the life he had before. But it wasn't an option anymore. Annoyed and frustrated he looked around the room.
The targets the three boys were shooting at seemed frankly said a bit too easy. At least if you asked Porsche. He just muttered it to himself, but somehow, Kinn had heard it all. "You are right, this is too boring. Bring me the apple, Porsche" Interested in what was about to happen, Tay stop shooting. Time made his way to Tay's side while they both did not take their eyes of Kinn and Porsche. Without too much of a thought Porsche stepped onto the shooting lane, the apple in his hands. "Where do you want me to put it" He still looked annoyed and rather unimpressed underneath Kinn's cold stare. "On your head." Kinn raised his weapon and directed it towards his bodyguard. Without showing any emotions Porsche raised the apple onto his head. Their eyes fighting for dominance above the other person, but both didn't crumble. In a blink of an eyes it had happen, Kinn pulled the trigger, and the bullet went smoothly through the apple. Tay had grabbed the hand of his lover in fear as the shoot destructed the silence. He had closed his eyes at the noise. Even though he had no doubt in the shooting abilities of his friend, you never knew what could happen. "It's over nothing happened." Time whispered while placing a soft kiss on Tay's temple. His hand wrapped themselves around his lovers' thin waist and he rested his head on his shoulder.
Tay took a deep breath of relive before he relaxed into Times arms. He probably was too weak for this kind of business he should had been used to those kinds of situations by now. That was probably the best reason for their relationship, Time wasn't seen as weak and kindhearted as Tay. Everyone seemed to underestimate Tay. He had no problems with shooting in situations of need. Tay wouldn't hesitate to kill in order to protect what is important, but games like these just seemed useless. It was a useless risk of lives that had no other purpose then portraying power. A simple utterly useless power game.
He glanced down at his phone. "Time, we need to leave, we have a dinner reservation with our families." Time noted said his goodbyes to Kinn and the two of them left.
"Are you okay?" Time asked as they had left the shooting range. "Sure. Why wouldn't I?" "I know how much you dislike those kind of power games. I just wanted to make sure." Time opened the car door for his boyfriend. "By now I should be used to Kinns weird games. It's fine, I just can't see the purpose of it." Time nodded, closed the door and took quick steps around the car. Without further talking they drove off. Times hand rested on Tays leg and gently caressed it from time to time. Whenever Time touched Tay with such a gentleness Tay got shivers. Thousands of butterflies flying around in his stomach. It was one of those moments in which Tay forgot all those things he usually was upset about. Only Time had ever been able to make him feel like that. He just couldn't understand how Time could make him feel so loved and in the next minute so irrelevant.
"Time?" Tay whispered. "Mhm, baby?" Times eyes didn't leave the road in front of him. "You stopped seeing Mark, didn't you?" Times hand stiffened. Silence weighted in the car. Tay couldn't hold it together. He knew what the silence meant, however he still didn't want to believe it. "Please Time. Please tell me you are not still fucking him." His voice was shaking, his eyes already started to burn.
Not long and he would start to cry. Please Time, he begged in his head, please say you stopped, and you only had me in the last couple of weeks. "Since when did you knew about him?" Time took his hand of Tay's leg and grab the steering wheel with both hands. A tear slowly rolled down Tay's cheek. He had really hoped that Mark was just a one-night stand. But the more he watched his lover react, the more his hopes disappeared into thin air.
"Can't you just answer my question" his voice broke. Why did he need to suffer like that. "I... I haven't seen him in a week. We only had sex for three times. I am sorry Tay. Please don't cry. I stopped, I promise." Time looked over to his crying boyfriends, who was trying his best to swallow down his tears and not to crumble in front of him. "You stopped? You haven't seen him anymore?" He asked carefully. If you had been hurt as many times as he had been, you would understand why Tay couldn't believe Time that easily. "Yes baby. I stopped. I haven't slept with anyone else then you the last past days. Please forgive me again, just one more chance. I am not going to do sleep with anyone else from now on. I promise." He grabbed the thin hand of his lover. Tay couldn't hold it anymore. The tears were rolling down his beautiful face as he tried to get rid of Times hand.
"Please don't touch me" He cried out and ripped his hand away. "Tay please, believe me. I only have you from now on. You are my everything." "If I am your everything, then why do you always fuck around, huh? Why do you make me suffer like that? Why do you make me regret loving you?" "Tay don't say that. I love you. It... It was an accident I promised. I just got caught up and... Tay I really only love you. Please just once more Tay. Please."Tay didn't even realis that Time had stopped the car. He had turned himself toward the small figure in the passenger seat. Don't look into his eyes, or you will get weak again, whispered a small voice in Tay's head. However, his plan failed as Time grabbed his chin and made him face his face. "I am begging you Tay. I really do love you. From now it is only going to be you. I swear." His eyes were filled with regret and guilt. Tay couldn't help but to get weak at this sight. A small sight left his lips before he nodded. "But this is the last time, Time. I can't bear this anymore." "Sure baby. And now stop crying I am right here; I am not going to leave you." Gentle kisses were placed on Tay's face with made his tears disappear. "I love you, Tay." Times whispered before he placed one last kiss on Tay's lips. "I love you, too." Tay said still with a shaken voice. "Shall we continue driving?" Tay just nodded. He did not had the power to disagree. All he could do was to nod. They didn't talked for the rest of their car ride. All they did was to sit in silence. Time didn't let go of Tays hand till he had parked the car. However as soon as Tay had stepped out the car the gentle hand of Time was back, guiding his boyfriend with a reassuring grip. The couple acted as if nothing had happened, as if the conversation in the car did not existed and as if Tay didn't just shed a thousand tears again. They just stayed as they always did, side by side with a put-on sweet smile on their faces.
