Part 81

As the car came to the stop behind the tattoo shop, the doors in the back of the building immediately swung open and Vegas stumbled out. Quickly he ran up to the car and opened the door that was separating him from Tay. "Where have you been?" He cried out, half in anger half in relive. Before Tay was able to even step out of the car, Vegas had wrapped his arms around him quickly. A soft smile settled on Tay's lips as he felt the warmth of his lover. "I going to tell you, but first let's get back inside." Gently he pushed Vegas away before making his way up into the kitchen. Just like this morning they were sitting at the table figuring out how to continue from now on.

"Where were you Tay?" Was the first thing said, as they had settled on the table. "Achara, Ohm and I have met some of my father's employees." Tay simply said. Before he got interrupted by Vegas. "You did what? Are you insane?" Vegas eyes were filled with panic again. Hastily they scanned his lovers' body to make sure he had not overlooked some injuries. "You are gathering people and so am I. It isn't any more dangerous than what you are doing." Tay explained coldly. He didn't understood why Vegas acted that fanatic if he did the same. Vegas gave his best to calm down his anger. Tay was right no matter how dangerous it was, it was just as dangerous as the things Vegas had done today. Tay had ever right to do what he did and all that mattered for now, was his safe return home. "Have you been successful?" Vegas pressed out while gridding his teeth together to not let his anger resurface. He wasn't really mad at Tay for doing it, Vegas was just scared that something would happen to his lover. "Yes. We have gathered around sixty people behind us. My father doesn't have much more the majority is on our side now." Tay smiled. He was proud of himself. He never had tried to be a person of power and influence, but now as he had tried it for the first time, he had been very successful. And the expression on Vegas face proved that. A mix of shock and admiration laid in Vegas face. "He really was amazing back there. In no time those people were convinced by his leadership." Achara smiled just as proud as Tay was. "How did you do?" Tay asked. It was more important that Vegas had gathered people behind himself. The minor family was stronger and had more people in it. Times and his father's warriors convinced would struggle to take on the minor itself. "Around a hundred." Vegas took a deep breath. All day long he had been running around trying to catch as many people he could to pull on his side. "Only fifty men are siding with my father. I know they won't take my side. However, if they see the force we have set up, they will probably not stay loyal to my father as well." A hundred and sixty. A number that both of them could work with, if they used them wisely. "We are able to outnumber your father, Time and my father, but if the major family joins in, it will be a bloodthirsty battle in which no one is going to be able to predict the outcome." Vegas was right. The major family was an unpredictable variable in this mess. They could just stay out of it all, but if they did, they would give Vegas power a lot of power that he could easily turn against them. On the other hand, there was no reason to join in. Nothing to gain. It had nothing to do with the major family.

Another day passed, until Achara came sprinting upthe stairs and rushed to Tay that was sitting in his room, guessing if his planwas able to work. "Tin said they are on the more to the minor family." She saidas she gasps for air out of exhaustion. Tay was suddenly dragged into the nowand then. With big eyes he looked at Achara. It was time. Time to see if hisplan worked or not. "Have you informed Vegas?" Vegas had just gone back to his family'shouse to gather see if everyone was still on his side. "Ohm is calling himright now. Tin said in two hours they are going to make their first move." Taynodded. Two hours and their lives are going to change forever. He could hearOhm stomping up the stairs as well. "Vegas is on his way here, when he hasarrived, you are going to leave immediately to the major family." Tay nodded again.It was time to convince Kinn and his family to stay out of this unraveling war.He took a deep breath as he felt his palms slowly get sweaty. He had been sureof his plan, but now he started to question everything. He had about half anhour until Vegas would be there. Ten minutes in which he needed to sort histhoughts and pull himself together. "Your plan is going to work, don't worry tomuch." Ohm tried to smile, but the anxiety he felt at that moment was stronger.All three of them were nervous. Tay needed to prepare now. Achara helped himplace all the weapons and munition he would need today. Tay felt weird beingcompletely aimed from head to toe. But he was ready. As he heard a car drive upto the house, he quickly said his goodbyes before hurrying downstairs to hiswaiting lover.
