"You know we need to go back tomorrow." Vegas whispered. To scared that if raised his voice even a bit, Tay would dissolve in his arms. Tay just nodded. Their little bubble needed to break quicker than he wanted. He needed to be back for university. To stay longer close to Vegas he needed to continue his life as normal as possible. Tay just nodded while burring his face deeper in his strong chest. Sucking up all his warmth. In moments that he was that close with Vegas, he felt like he was recharging. As if he gathers new energy for the time, he wouldn't get his warmth, his comfort. "Don't worry. I am going to do everything so no one will ever discover us." Vegas was determined to make this last as long as possible, if it meant to forget everything that was precious to him, so shall it be. Tay nodded again. They stayed with each other like that till the candle burned down and finally the last light source they had was gone. Tay didn't move one bit as he got lifted up by Vegas and carried into the house. He still had his eyes tightly shut, while his face was pressed against his chest. Vegas didn't said anything. He just carried him up to the bedroom, placing him onto the warm bed, before joining himself. Both just hanging onto their own thoughts and emotions till they were finally falling asleep cuddling each other.
The next morning Tay felt terrible from all thetears he had sheet the night before. His head felt like a warzone while histhroat was as dry as the desert. His eyes were on fire as he slowly tried toopen them. The sun burned down onto his head and made his headache even worst.Slowly he went up and escaped into the bathroom in hope that a shower wouldrefresh himself and finally stopped the burning. Vegas was lying all over thebed tangled up in the sheets, as Tay had left the bathroom. Never before hadTay seen this man so peaceful as right now. Tay decided to make some breakfast forthe two of them and carried it upstairs. He placed it on the nightstand beforehe gently placed a couple of kisses on Vegas' face before he finally woke up.With a soft smile he pulled him closer into a tight embrace. "Good morning, darling." He connected his lips with Tay's soft ones. With a sweet smile pushedTay him away and pulled the tray onto their bad. "I made breakfast for us."With a bright smile he presented the food he had prepared. Vegas quickly placedanother peck onto his check as a thank you before they both started to eat. Therest of the day spent haning around each other. Gently teasing one another andgoing for swims in the sea till late in the evening they went home together. Onthey drive home they were quite again. No one dared to speak a word. They justwanted to enjoy the memories of the last two days that where still so presentin their minds. Vegas stopped again in the parking lot that he had found Tay inyesterday. "It's time, good boy." He said breaking to silence. "I am going totext you. Don't worry, we soon are going to see each other again." One lasttime Vegas connected their lips before leaving the car. Tay sat there for acouple of minutes watched Vegas motorcycle leave the parking lot beforeswitching seats and driving off to his own place. Here he was again. Back inhis old cold world, with no warmth expect the warmth he carried in himself. Ashe entered his home, he tried to avoid his father. He didn't want to speak tohim now. It would feel like he would get dragged deeper into the darkness hehad tried to escape from with Vegas. However, he still ran into him. Just as hewanted to climb up the stairs, his father called out his name. "Tay." His voicewas cold like always, but Tay imagined that it was even colder. With a lastdeep breath to prepare himself he turned around. "Yes father?" Tay's fatherstood at the of the entrance hall, a glass of wine in his hand. "Where have youbeen? Time was here looking for you, I thought you were with him." Tayswallowed hard. "Why should I even be with Time. I told you that we only aregoing to see each other for public events from now on." "Well, I thought youchanged your mind. Still where have you been. Time said he could reach you. Hewas very worried and left just a couple minutes ago. After I had promised him, that you would text him, as soon as you are home." Tay sighted. "I haven'tchanged my mind. I am happy being without him. I went to a hotel at the sea. Ineeded some time for myself. And I am not going to texted him. If you aresuddenly so close to him, you can text him that I am home. I am not going to dothat. Good night father." With that he left his father standing. He was fuming,at his son's disobedience. Still the first thing that Tay did as he entered hisroom, was to write a quick text message, but not to Time, to Vegas. "I am homesafely. Good night to you. Sweet dreams." Tired but happily thinking back aboutthe last 48 hours he went to bed. Falling a sleep with a smile on his face andVegas on his mind.
