Tay didn't knew how he made it down the stairs and made it to his class. He only took small steps, while trying to give his lungs the most of air possible. He was exhausted as if he had just run a marathon. Kinn and Time had just looked at him weirdly as he entered gasping for air. "What happened to you. Did you sprint to class?" Kinn asked. Tay just nodded. Kinn didn't need to know the truth, that he had just walked but was too tiered today to do anything more. His mind was blank only from tie to time it rushed back to what happened up they're on the roof, The change in Vegas person as he heard, that Tay would give him another chance. Just two class had passed, and Tay already was ready to give up and go home. Just to call it quite and miss out on two more classes. However, as he just wanted to gather his thing, to leave the classroom together with Kinn and Time a delivery man entered. "Order for Tay." He announced carrying a huge bouquet of flowers in his arm. With big eyes Kinn and Time looked at the man that was still searching the room with his eyes to identify the Tay, he was supposed to deliver too. "A bouquet for Tay?" He asked again. Tay had not listened. He just looked at his things and packed them together. He was too exhausted to think about more then one thing at the time. Kinn and Time still just stood there in confusion and shook staring at the pretty flowers, that probably coset a little fortune as big as it was. Finally, a girl pointed to the crouched figure in the last corner of the room. With a nod he thanked to woman before walking through the room and placing the bouquet in Tay's hands. "Delivery for you. Goodbye." Before Tay even knew what had happened the man had disappeared already again. "Time did you sent him those?" Kinn whispered as he tried to explain the situation to himself. Time never had done something like that before. It was too big of a gesture for his best friend, that was Kinn sure of, but who else would send Tay flowers. It wasn't Tay's birthday or anything like that, Kinn had already thought about, before realizing that his birthday was already a couple months ago. Wouldn't have Tay told him about any other person that could possibly send him such a bouquet? But Time shook his head. While jealousy flamed in his eyes. He just let out a frustrated sight before turning around and leaving the room. Leaving the confused Kinn and Tay. "Tay? Who send you those flowers?" "I don't know Kinn." Tay was just as confused as Kinn. Till he had taken a look into the small card hidden between two lavender sticks. "I will work harder than I ever have." Was all that was written into the card, but Tay knew who it was from. It was enough of evidence for him. Suddenly he felt a new wave of power coming over him. "It doesn't say." He just answered Kinn and gave him the card to read. With confused eyes he scanned to card, unable to figure out that his own cousin had written those words. "Anyway, I am going to keep them. They are really pretty." Tay smiled softly before finally getting up. "Let's got to our next class." Kinn just nodded and followed while wondering who could have sent Tay these flowers. The message clearly indicated that there was a conversation that Kinn didn't knew of with another person that Tay apparently was willing to give a chance to. "Do you really not know who send you those, or do you just not want to tell me?" He asked as they walked through the open study area. Tay just shrug his shoulders while marching straight further to his next class. "Would you mind hurrying up, otherwise we are gong to be late." He announced as he heightened up his tempo to still make it in time. Kinn shook his head to get rid of all the questions that burned on his tongue. Tay wouldn't answer them anyway.
Tay just smiled while walking, smelling on the flowers knowing that everyone was looking at him and wondering why he was carrying such a big bouquet. As he stepped into his next class, he met eyes with Time. A cold rush of adrenaline pump through his body, as he saw the jealousy and anger in Times eyes. With a satisfied smile he let himself sink into his seats. Never had Time done something like this for Tay. He sometimes got him flowers but only for anniversaries or birthdays. Even then he would give them to him in private, so that no one knew, he had gotten flowers. Tay didn't understand, why Time had acted that way, when they were together, nearly everyone at their university knew, that Time and Tay were in a relationship, so why couldn't he show their love a little bit more public than that. But now all that didn't matter anymore. Tay had forgotten about Time, his touch, his warmth, his comfort. He had someone new, better, that was able to make him feel loved, without even needing to reveal himself public, which Time never was able to do, if he didn't connected his actions with sex. When Tay was together, he thought that was what love was about. He based his whole self-worth on sex, while dating Time. It was the only way he knew that Time would portray his love in. But now he had Vegas, which made him feel confident in being himself. Made him feel worth it by simple being there. Again, he didn't pay attention in his class, now he had the energy to do so, but he simply didn't want to. He just stared at his flowers and smiled to himself, while enjoying the jealous stares from Time. This was all he wanted to achieve with his relationship to Vegas. All he wanted was to make Time go mad, about what he had lost, and Vegas did exactly that. It the breaks it was awfully quiet. Only Kinn tried to get a conversation going from time to time, but neither of his friends seemed to be mentally there, as they for most stayed silent or just answered with a yes or no. Kinn had given up on talking t them. He just looked around while eating or walking and watched the people passing by. Hoping to himself, that tomorrow both of his friends would be a little more talkative.
