Silence. Nothing else. Both of them stayed silent. Both of them were fighting away their tears. It was everything Tay wanted to hear and at the same time, the worst thing Vegas could have possibly said. Exactly at this moment Tay was torn between hell and heaven. Between feeling terrible and loving his incredible. "You are right, this is probably the worst possible time." Tay whispered. He was scared that if he would talk louder, his voice would break. The tears were running down his cheeks as he tried to calm himself with a couple of deep breaths. "I know, but I am not sure how much time I have left to tell you that. If Kinn knows it can be a matter of seconds till we are going to be ripped apart. I wanted to say it before it is to late." Vegas was crying but kept his voice calm, Tay had barely any chance of knowing how deeply moved he was by the events that had happened and by the fear that was shadowing over them for such a long time. "I love you too." Tay whispered, breaking out in sobs as he took his blanket again to hid from all the things that have been happening to the two of them. "Don't cry Tay, you are going to make me cry too. Vegas voice started to shake. "I love you Tay and nothing that can happen will change that. No Kinn, no Time, not your dad, not mine, no one will change how I feel for you. And if I am going to take my last breath on this earth, then I can die happily now, since you know that I love you."

After that Vegas had hung up. He just hung up the phone leaving Tay alone with all those big feelings in his heart. They loved each other. It was undeniable now. Loving and caring for each other, being with one another. Tay cried again. He didn't knew how long he spend underneath his blanket letting the tears streaming down his face. He was shaking by the end of it. His face burning from all the tears and heath. Carefully he crawled out of his blanket reaching for some snack to eat against his burning pain and staring out of the window.

Tay wasn't doing any better the next day, he had stopped crying, but he still wandered around mindless with the only goal to get to his classes. "Tay?" Tay looked up, at the door was Kinn standing signaling Tay to follow him out. Slowly he followed his friend, preparing himself, for the next lecture that he will receive. Kinn had stopped in a silent corner, where barely anyone passed by, and no one would hear them. Tay started to play with his rings again, as he always did when he got anxious. "I... Vegas was yesterday at my place." Tay looked up at Kinn with big eyes. "He stayed for hours in front of my door, and I tried to ignore him, he is pretty much the last person I want to see but..." Kinn paused making sure that Tay was still listening to him. "He... He told me about you. What you are to him and how much you mean to him. How I shouldn't be mad at you but at him for pursuing you for such a long time and not listening to your rejections. He begged me, to forgive you. And put all the blame on him. I... I told him, that I would think about it, but he didn't want to leave till I would forgive you. You really must... like each other." Kinn didn't seemed all to happy saying all that. "Have you forgiven me?" Tay asked carefully. Kinn let out a sight. "God, Vegas can be annoying when he is in love with someone. I have never seen him behave like that before. I don't approve of you and him, but I will try my best to accept it. But don't ask me to take your side, if the whole thing escalates. You know I can't." With a big smile Tay throw himself at Kinn tightly hugging him. "Thank you." He whispered as Kinn relaxed into the embrace. "It's nice to see you smile again." Kinn answered and gently pushed Tay away. Both of them went to class smiling softly.

"Kinn, when was Vegas at your place?" Tay asked as they switched classes. "Shortly after 8 pm." Kinn said as he held open a door for Tay. Tay realized that Vegas already must had been in front of Kinns place as he had called Tay last night, confessing his love to him. A bright smile traveled on Tay's lips with that realization.
