He pulled me back by my waist and in front of him. He was towering over me as he sat me down in the chair. He kneeled down to my level and looked at my face.

I grunted as I went for my last push up before collapsing onto the ground. I was panting and sweating more than usual. I flipped over onto my back and wiped my face with a towel. During this summer, I tried to forget about what happened this summer. I've been sending letters to Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Ginny, but other than that, I've been doing a few other things.
I made a new friend, Sky. He was a muggle, but he was the only friend I've ever made in the US. He actually recommended me the song and is the only reason I made it through this summer.
Even now, thinking about Voldy's return makes me sick to my stomach. And the fact that I know my ex boyfriend, Mattheo Riddle is allying with his despite him telling me how much he loves me just gives me a massive headache. I take a deep breath and sit up and chug down my water bottle.
I walk outside of the apartment I rented out during the summer and went to the local park. It was nice there, as there were trees and a huge lake with ducks, fish, and lilypads. It reminded me of the black lake in Hogwarts.
I begin walking around the lake, just like I do everyday. The cool summer breeze blows in my face. I stop when I hear a buzzing in my pocket. I take out my phone and see a message from sky.
Wanna hang out today? - Sky
Sure, where? - Snow
We can go boat at the local lake, everyone's doing it today. -Sky
Yeah, sure, see you there at 2? -Snow
Bet. See you. Bye. -Sky
Bye. -Snow
I don't have much to do today, and school's supposed to start in a month anyways, might as well live as peacefully as I can.
I get back into my apartment and throw my keys onto the table. I sit down and get out a piece of parchment.
Hi Harry. Hope you're doing well. Anything interesting happen? Are the Dursley's treating you right? Or are they being bitchy as usual? Lemme know. Today I went to the park and now I have plans to go boating with my friend, Sky. Talk soon.

I give the letter to my owl, Mackie, and she flies off. I stand up and head to the bathroom and freshen up. I shower and before I leave I put on a white top and jeans.
It's 1:30 P.M by now. I know it's gonna take me about 20 minutes to walk there so I start my journey. When I arrive at the lake, I see around 20-30 boats on the humongous lake. I know the line's going to get long soon so I stand in line while I wait for Sky.
After about 2 minutes, I hear him call out my name.
"SNOW!" I turn around and smile and wave him over.

"WALK A LITTLE FASTER WILL YOU SKY?" He rolls his eyes and rushes over next to me.
"How are ya?"
"Ok. So....Sky. I only have one month left before-"
"Before you go to your boring boarding school or whatever yeah, yeah. Better keep in touch with me, yeah?" He looks at me, expecting an answer.
"Yes, I will, don't worry." I can't help but laugh as I look back ahead of us. Even though I haven't told Sky much about me, I still care about him. In these six months I got to know him, ( they left early in the fourth year cause of the triwizard tournament accident) we became great friends. Even though I'm pretty sure he'd be able to keep it a secret, I still don't want to tell him and drag him into all this drama. I've been there through his most vulnerable times, I've seen him cry himself to sleep and he's always been there for me as well.
When it's finally our turn, me, Sky, and one more person board the boat. Someone random is operating it. Once he starts up, some water droplets hit my face and it's fantastic.
I look around and go to the further edge of the boat. The other person is standing next to me. I quickly glance at him and gasp at shock. I do a double take until I realize who it is.
"Loren?"
He smiles and turns around to look at me.
"Hello love. Took you awhile to realize."
I was in shock. The last thing I remember of him was him kissing me, and now he's here.
"What're you doing here? I thought you'd be in England or... well..." I slow my voice down into a whisper. "Not in the muggle world."
"It's not that bad actually, I came to see you."
"Me?"
He nods and looks back out at the view. "Who's the other guy?"
I look back at Sky, who is staring at the water with a goofy smile on his face.
"That's... Sky. He's a friend of mine." I look back at Loren who was already looking me up and down.
"You look.... different." He gives me a questioning look.
"Oh... I've been working out a bit more than usual. Time pass, you know."
"Snow, you coming?" I turn back and Sky motions for me to come back.
"We should catch up Loren. I'm sure I don't need to tell you where to find me, you'll figure that out somehow."
He shrugs his shoulders with a smirk on his face. I wave him goodbye before heading back to Sky.
Already, the hints of my wizarding life are coming back.... and I don't want them too.
