Nakangiti akong nagmamaneho pauwi sa bahay. Tila nahimasmasan ako. After what I told Bryce, gumaan ang pakiramdam ko. Siguro, I just had to let it all out. I'm happy, not really happy but atleast I'm happy.
Finally. Step by step. Now, I have to think of him and that girl he's with and slowly accept the fact. Ofcourse it hurts but I realized, I was really not trying to move on this past months. Maybe deep inside, I hoped he'd fix it, pursue me again like he used to do and we'll be back together like we used to.

But now, this time, I will always think of him and that beautiful girl until I accept the fact that we're not getting back together.

Tahimik akong nakarating sa bahay and I went inside my room. Naligo, nagbihis at humiga sa kama ko. Tinitingala ang kisame.

Bryce and I were very compatible, maybe it is just the universe making its way to break us apart or maybe we were just not meant to be.

Some people coined "pinagtagpo pero di tinadhana" as a bad event on one's life. But it's not! We all are meant for something bigger. You see, life does not end there. Take everything as a lesson. Feel the pain. Cherish the memories. Let go. Accept. Move on.

This night is very different to me. This night made me realize my worth. This night is one of those few nights na masaya ako.

We all cry especially when the pain is just too much.

I'm a better person now.

Tumunog ang phone ko at nakita ang message ni Kessi. In-open ko iyon.

Napangiti ako. That simple message touched my heart. I need to heal alone and this time, for real.

Kalaunan ay napagdesisyon kong magpatingin sa specialista. Iyon ang pinagkaabalahan ko sa sumunod na linggo. I also started medications for my trauma. It wasn't easy but I'm sure it'll be worth it.

Andrea is getting better and better each day. Anthony is ready to takeover the company. Kessi is happy with her job. Nasha is doing great. Paulo is also healing. Lea and Findlay are somehow getting along together. The adaptation is really doing great. My Library Cafe is making a name.
Bryce has changed and I genuinely hope he's happy. I appreciate my life. I'm happy.

Nasa Library Cafe ako nang makitang pumasok ang isang pamilyar na babae. I recognized her as Bryce's friend/girlfriend/. My staff welcomed her. She ordered something and found a table. She's so beautiful. I smiled to myself because I'm not insecure anymore. Hindi na ako nanliliit sa sarili ko. Progress..

I went inside my office and did my thing when I heard a knock 5 minutes after I went in. Pumasok si Merna.

"Quish, may naghahanap sayo." Balita niya. Tumango ako, abala sa pagbabasa.

"Sino daw?" Tanong ko, hindi siya tinatapunan ng tingin.

"Hailey daw, foreigner." Sagot niya. Nag-angat ako ng tingin at tumango kahit na hindi ko kilala ang nabanggit na pangalan.

"Sige, hindi naman ako busy. Papasukin mo." Utos ko at lumabas si Merna. Ilang segundo lang ay nakangiti akong hinarap ng babaeng kasa-kasama ni Bryce.

She's even prettier close-up. Tumayo ako at ngumiti.

"Hi, I'm Quishannette. Thank you for stopping by," naglahad ako ng kamay na malugod niyang tinanggap.

"I'm Hailey, your Library Cafe is amazing!" Komento niya. Ngumiti ako at sinenyasan siyang maupo sa harap ko na agad niyang ginawa.

"Thank you so much," nakangiti kong sagot. Ang buong atensyon ay nasa kanya. "I heard from my friend, you were looking for me? May I know how can I help?" Tanong ko. Tumawa siya. Even her laugh is expensive.
