Ranfa looked at the sky from where she was lying down. She felt tired. So tired...
Looking to her left, she could see Bakugou's sword was still intact and unbroken. Not even a chip. She willed for it to disappear. After all, if she's going to die, she might as well die alone and take no one with her. The light of life was leaving her eyes. Ranfa wondered if she did bring Yuuki back or not. Either way, she was fine with this outcome because she did her very best. The only regret she will have will be not getting Michiyo the bentou she promised, and Kirishima...the two of them haven't talked yet.
"Kirishima..." She laid there thinking about how they first met, how they always watched each other, hold hands, and kissed many times. She thought about how he always smiled at her and call out her name. She didn't regret trading her life to save Yuuki but she did regret not making up with Kirishima. If this was going to be the last time, she would have hugged him one last time and tell him...tell him...
"Kirishima...I..." The light of life faded away. If life was like the flame on a candle then Ranfa's fire had burnt out completely.
Homura was teaching his sword fighting style to his students. In the middle of teaching, he sensed something. What was this feeling? "Ranfa?"
"Sensei, can you help me out here? I don't understand the stance."
"Coming." He wondered if something happened. What was with this bad feeling?
Homura was not the only one who sensed something was wrong.
Michiyo was sleeping but she woke up because of a bad dream. In the bad dream, she tried to reach out to her sister, who was walking far away from her. No matter how much she cried out Ranfa's name, Ranfa did not stop and she walked away as her body faded away.
"Onee..." The bad dream made her worry. She tried to call Ranfa. When she went straight to voicemail, she tried to get out of the bed but she fell to the ground painfully.
"What was that noise- Sakura-san?!" The nurse walking past her room heard something fell and she came in to check. It was a good thing she did not ignore it because Michiyo was on the hard floor. "Sakura-san, what are you doing?! You shouldn't be out of bed! You're injured!"
"I-I need to leave!"
"Leave?! And where are you planning to go? You can't just get up and leave!"
"I have to go to my sister! My sister is in trouble! She-! She...!" She ended up crying against the nurse. She's so helpless at a time like this. Why did she have to be injured? Why couldn't she go and recue Bakugou or help her sister? She lamented on the fact she was helpless against Vira. If she put up a better fight, she could have fought off Vira and stopped Dabi. She cried that she's weak and not even helpful at all. She lamented on the very fact such a useful Quirk like diamond was wasted on her.
The nurse could do nothing but stay there and let Michiyo cry it out. She didn't know what made her get worked up but she needed to make sure the patient didn't aggravate her injury any further.
Bakugou, Iida, and Kirishima felt something. They all touched their chest. The feeling they're feeling right now was exactly the same as Homura and Michiyo.
"What the heck...?" Bakugou didn't know how to describe this feeling but it felt like something was lost. He couldn't describe what it was he lost but something was missing.
"I can't feel anything." Midoriya wasn't sure what they were talking about. "Wait, Iida-kun and Kacchan entrusted your heart and soul to Ranfa-san, didn't you? Kirishima-kun already entrusted...so this means...!"
