Chapter 86 - Accused of a crime I didn't do

"I AM REALLY SORRY!" The intensity of Midoriya's dogeza completely blew Rody away! He heard about the Japanese dogeza but he never thought he'd see one done for him! "Yuuki, apologize too!" 

"Eh? No way. I'm not the one insisting to see what's in the case." Yuuki gobbled the last bit of the honey cake. "Also, you're scaring everyone else so please stop it, Deku." 

Rody was sweatdropping and confused! Why wasn't the content inside the metal case the jewelry he was promised?! Was he scammed? Wait, it's not like any of the things in the case looked serious enough to be stolen. Was it someone's business briefcase?! He had to go back to the surface and see if the other case was still there. 

"Ah, this is boring. I'm going back to Katsuki and going to get him to buy me more honey cakes." 

"Wait, Yuuki. I think we should check on the guy and see if he needs help." Midoriya wondered if the chase made the other feel ill and he felt bad about being the cause of it. 

"What? Why? I think he had enough of your dogeza." 

"I know, but he looked a little unwell. He's sweating a lot." 

"I mean, Otheon is a pretty hot country, Deku. And you were chasing him for many minutes. I'm surprised he's not dehydrated and dried up like dried sardines...those are pretty good, you know?"

"Please. Let's check on him, make sure he's okay before we regroup."

"Geez. Fine." Yuuki smiled a little, "Deku is a very caring Hero. If it was Katsuki, he'd tell the guy 'to go fuck yourself and get out of trouble!'" 

"That's a very Kacchan-like sentence..." 

"It sounds like something Ranfa will say too~!"

Catching up to Rody, he was looking nervous as ever. When they caught up to him, he insisted he was okay and did not need their assistance. 

"Hm? Hmm~?" The sound of the police siren blared out loud and Yuuki cocked her head with a confused expression like a dog when they hear the sound of an ambulance or a police siren. Before Yuuki and Midoriya knew it, Rody Soul was surrounded! Wasn't this a bit too excessive for a jewelry theft? "Wow! They look like the SWAT team I see on American movies! Deku, wanna guess if they're using real bullets or rubber bullets?"

This was way too excessive! They're going to gun down Rody because he got scared and ran away! Did it warrant a shooting?! Yuuki caught the bullets and she grinned as she returned it! She focused the white aura to her right arm and she launched it back at the tyres, making sure to pop them so they had no means of chasing after them in their vehicles! Midoriya caught Rody and he used Blackwhip to get away from the police who were shooting at them and giving chase! As for Yuuki, she stayed low on the ground so the police will have to deal with who's the closest instead of the actual target.

"Deku, they're chasing after us!" Yuuki was running on all fours as she shouted at Midoriya. "We need to throw them off!" 

"Yuuki! Turn into a honey badger and latch onto me!" 

Yuuki became a small honey badger and she latched onto Midoriya as he leaped off the cliff and used Blackwhip to land on top of a moving train! Good, they managed to get away from the police. 

"Wow, quick thinking, Deku! Hey, look at this guy, he looks like he wants to die. You okay, buddy?" 

"I thought I was going to die..." Rody needed a breather from all the leaping Midoriya just did. 

"Yeah, but you didn't die so that's good. So, what did you do to warrant getting shot?" Yuuki scratched herself like a dog would. She liked to do this every now and then as she's a honey badger.
