Chapter 87 - A honey badger is crossing the border

"I can't believe I am accused of something I didn't even do. Sure, I DID get excited because I heard Otheon is famous for their bee sanctuary- but even I know better than to raid it since it's a national treasure level thing! Whoever accused me, I am biting off all of their hair follicles from their head! I'm making them go bald!" She was huffing and puffing as she traveled in the wild as a honey badger. It's hard to catch a wild animal compared to a human. Yuuki was able to hitch rides on the back of trucks and avoid detection easily because no one wanted to get in the way of a honey badger when it hissed at you angrily. Also, food's bigger when she's a honey badger and she gets full easily even if she eats little. 

Sniffing the ground, she's following where Midoriya and Rody had been. "Man, they sure traveled lots..." But she's getting closer and closer, she could tell by scent. "Hm...?!" She picked up the scent of Midoriya's blood! Was he bleeding? "Deku is nearby!" She turned herself into a human again and she rushed into the enemy's ambush of Midoriya and Rody! She saw Beros, a fainted oni-like villain on top of a now ruined helicopter...and the villain who was able to give her a harsh beating! The young male in military wear that's now branding a scar down his face!

Despite being injured by one of Beros' arrows, Midoriya was attempting to fight and protect Rody at the same time but before he could punch the young male, Yuuki dropped down onto Midoriya's fist with her foot redirecting the impact of the Detroit Smash into the ground! The force of the impact made the ground break and create a massive crater! The force blew harsh winds! The enemies had to shield their eyes and stay put! By the time dusts stopped flying around, Yuuki, Midoriya, and Rody were gone. 

"TCH!" Beros was really annoyed. 

"I think that girl figured out how my Quirk work, Beros-nee. That's why she didn't want that boy to punch me." The young male in military wear said to Beros.

"If you know that, you should know better than to follow me!" Beros walked away but the male followed her. "Sensou, go away." 

"Don't be like that, Beros-nee. I was thinking of backing you up." 

"If you want to back me up, you should have asked Sidero to come here! At least he could give me ammos!" 

"But I can deflect the enemy's force back to them. I gave that girl a beating and she is pretty strong." Sensou clenched and then unclenched his fist, "She must have a second Quirk. No way can a honey badger alone have that sort of explosive strength. Even I was shocked!"

"You talk too much." Beros had enough of the younger male, "Just because you were a child soldier, don't think you are up to my level." 

"I never once thought that, Beros-nee. The things I do, I do it for you and for humanity as a whole." 

"Then be serious."

"I'm always serious." 

"Then stop acting like a kid." 

Sensou sweatdropped; what should he do to be taken seriously by Beros? "You're lucky I love you, Beros-nee. If you were just a normie member within Humarise, I'd have crushed your head with this explosive strength by now." Sensou followed Beros, trying to get her to look at him but she kept looking at him like an older sister glaring down their stupid little brother. It's unrequited but he kept trying again and again. "Are we going to chase them even in the dark? We should ambush them elsewhere."

"That's what I am doing but you keep flapping your gob."

"The wound isn't deep but do you want me to lick it? It speeds up healing." Yuuki said to Midoriya when Rody guiltily tend to Midoriya's wound created by Beros' arrow.
