Chapter 105 - Synchronization

"How?! How are you using diamonds without pulling a sword out?! Our intel was perfect-!" Michiyo used her Quirk to stop the stupid and young adults who wanted to rebel within U.A. shelter to cause discord. She sealed them in her diamond flower without listening to their plea. She will release them once the war was over. She had no time to listen to them vent about this hypocritical society because right now there's so many battle going on and listening to something with no clear solution from others who wanted to be mad was a waste of time. Even if they act pitifully, she spared no one and still imprisoned them. If they lash out at her, they're imprisoned until war. She didn't care if she seemed cruel about it. She's not going to let anyone harm her twin's body or the unborn child.

"Michiyo, if you're here, then..." Homura was worried about Ranfa because Ranfa said she's not going to be a Hero anymore. If Michiyo was in Ranfa's body right now then it must mean Ranfa was in Michiyo's body... "Ranfa is out there, isn't she?" The whole being a Hero and fighting villain situation had taken a lot of toll on Ranfa's mental health and he was worried if she's ready to be out there again.

"Onee doesn't want to be a Hero but that doesn't mean she had stopped being my sister. She will always be the first to protect me if she sees I am in danger. We both sensed each other were in danger. Why this phenomenon triggered now of all times, I don't know." Michiyo touched her stomach. Inside her sister's body was another life. "So this is what Onee can feel... I will protect this child with my everything until she is back." The twin's bond was so strong Ranfa could entrust her pregnant body to her sister. "Homura-san, take me to where it's mostly women, children, and the elderly." What could Michiyo do right now with her sister's body and knowing there could be moles within the shelter? Get to where the vulnerable were and protect them. As long as the people who needed protection were well protected, everyone else could deal with their own battle.

"This way." Homura decided to lead Michiyo out of the dorm. He then realized something. "Michiyo, take this." Homura gave Michiyo his sword. 

"I'm not good with it like Onee." 

"I know you're not but what if Ranfa and you uh... swap again? If you swap, she will have a weapon." 

"That's a very good point." Michiyo took the sword with her.

"The baby will be okay, right?" Homura wondered if the swapping between the girls will affect the baby.

"Don't worry. My diamonds won't harm the baby." 

"That is very reassuring. Take your time though." Carefully, he lead Michiyo out of the dorm. "Michiyo, thank you." 

"Hm? Why are you thanking me?" 

"Because you are Ranfa's biggest motivator to living. You're the reason why Ranfa strive so hard to become stronger. Even if she said she's giving up being a Hero, she's not giving up on protecting you. I think... I think it's enough for Ranfa to being your Hero instead of everyone else's Hero." 

Michiyo smiled at his words. "Whatever Onee choose to be, she is my one and only sister. I love her no matter what."

Seeing Michiyo's shoulder length hair become pink, Vira was thrilled. "Haha... Haha...! Hahahaha!!!! I was just thinking about how to kill you and you came to me instead!" Vira heard she was pregnant so she wanted to finish the fight with Michiyo and get to her. "Shame your sister is not pregnant. I would have wanted to see how you will do in a fight while having a parasite burdening you."

Yuuki looked at Ranfa, "Are you okay?" 

"Yeah. Michiyo isn't pregnant. Her Quirk is better with dealing with large hoards of weaklings. If I use my Quirk while pregnant, I'll be taking a toll on my child."
