Joseph met Lucy and her future husband, Oliver, when they all began studying drama together at LAMDA. They were the best of friends and an unbreakable trio from day one. Joseph has never told his best friend however that he's been in love with his w...
We bloody did it! We're officially graduating tomorrow! It was all over and I couldn't believe it! I was incredibly excited but also incredibly sad to be leaving LAMDA. I loved it. Wholeheartedly. The school, the classes, the teachers, the friends I'd made. Obviously Ollie and Joe would remain in my life but I'd miss the other students.
I was currently standing at the bathroom mirror finishing off my hair and makeup for our ceremony. I was standing there in my underwear so I didn't get makeup on my dress and Ollie peeked in to the room and whistled.
"Damn!" "Don't distract me or I'll stab myself in the eye with my mascara wand and have to start again!" He came and pressed up against me from behind until I batted him away. "Oliver!" "You're no fun." I rolled my eyes at him and kept applying my makeup until I was satisfied. My hair was in a half up half down so with sections framing my face. I'd gone for a pale pink, simple dress that looked beautiful but wouldn't be too uncomfortable.
after I'd buckled up my heels I walked to the wardrobe to put on my dress, Ollie watching my every move. Once I was dressed I walked back out and he was still staring at me. "What?" "Can you do that again later?" "Huh?" "Walk around in a pair of heels and nothing else?" "Maybe if you're a very good boy." "What if I'm a bad boy?" "Then I won't wear the heels. I'll just be naked." "Win win for me! You look beautiful sweetheart. Are you ready to go?" "I'm so ready. Let's do this!"

Our families were meeting us there and we were having a graduation party at Fitzgeralds afterwards. Just our immediate families and our closest friends and then Ollie and I had decided to go to a nice hotel for the evening. Maybe I would walk around in my underwear and heels for him.
When we arrived at LAMDA there were several journalists gathered outside hoping to catch a glimpse of former alumni who usually made an appearance. Quite a few of LAMDAs former alumni had made it big. As in massive. Including Ollies father Richard. The press knew he and Sarah at least would be there due to their son graduating.
They snapped a few photos of us but on a whole were respectful and didn't invade our space or our privacy. We met up with Julian and the rest of our class group inside before we headed in to the auditorium where our families were already waiting on their seats.
We sat through a speech from the Chancellor and several teachers including Julian. Then it was time for us to receive our diplomas. The three of us were separated in the auditorium seating due to our names being far apart in the alphabet. When they got to the B's in the alphabet I craned my head trying to see my boyfriend.
And then his name was called. "Oliver Blake!" I erupted in cheers and stood on my seat. I heard both our parents, Joes parents and Ben and David cheering somewhere behind me. Joe also stood on his seat and whooped for his best friend.
Then they got to the H's and I had a huge grin on my face. "Lucy Harris!" I walked on stage and saw Joe and Ollie jumping up and down along with our families. I was smiling so hard my face hurt. I gave Julian a quick hug as he handed me my diploma and then made my way off stage.
