"The voices. Can you tell what they're saying?" Harry said looking at the archway with what looked like smoke.

"There aren't any voices, Harry. Let's get out of here," Hermione said.

"I hear them too," Luna said.

"Same they must only be heard by those who have seen death," I said.

"All I see is an empty archway," Hermione said.

"Get behind me," Harry said as we did.

"Down," I said as I realised what was happing.

Me and Harry hit the deck as black smoke shot over us for a few moments and then it was over and quiet I looked around as it was just me and harry the others were held, hostage.

"Did you actually believe... or were you truly naive enough to think... that children stood a chance against us? I'll make this simple for you, Potter. Give me the prophecy now... or watch your friends die," Lucius said.

"Don't give it to him, Harry," Neville said.

Harry reluctantly handed it over soon a bright light abed behind us a Sirius appeared.

"Get away from my godson," Sirius said punching Lucius in the face as he fell back and dropped the prophecy.

"Now, listen to me. Take the others and get out of here," Sirius said as the rest of the order arrived.

"What? No, I'm staying with you," Harry said.

"You've done beautifully. Now, let me take it from here," Sirius said.

"Black," Lucius said.

As Harry battled with Sirius I decided to help the order with the rest of them. I went after the one that held Hermioen and was able to knock him out of the sky once he got I stunned him and he fell I then got Hermione to safety with the others and we saw a death eater in front of us.

"Reducto," I said sending Death Eater into the wall and knocking him out cold.

"Expelliarmus!" Harry said.

"Nice one, James," Sirius said.

"Avada Kedavra," The words rang out in my ear I looked to see Sirius back into the arch and fade away.

"No. No," Harry said before he screamed out in pain at losing Sirius as Lupin held him back.

Harry then ran after Bellatrix I would have gone after him but I had to help deal with the other Deatheters and once we were done well left to see Harry down on the ground and Dumbledore was here.

"You've lost, old man," Harry said but his voice was off.

"Harry," I said realising what had happened.

"So weak. So vulnerable. Look at me," Harry said.

"Harry, it isn't how you are alike. It's how you are not. Harry?" Dumbledor said.

"You're the weak one... and you'll never know love or friendship. And I feel sorry for you," Harry said.

Then out of Harry's chest a mist burst forth and out of his chest it was Voldemort in the flesh and just as he left the minister for magic appears seeing him.

"His back," Fugue said.

It was a few days later and we were heading home from the summer most kids were happy to see their families but I wasn't. I did want to see my mother again problem was that my dad wasn't going to be there ever. I was sitting on a wall in the courtyard reading the story on Dumbledore's vindication since no one could deny what happened at the ministry.

"Hey," I heard the unmistakable voice of Hermione next to me.

"Hey you looking forward to seeing your folks again," I said.

"I was until I realized how hard it would be for you with your dad not being there," Hermione said.

"It's alright my mum said that the funeral will be a week from now and then after that we are moving house," I said.

"Where to," Hermione said.

"I don't know but she did say somewhere nice out in the country somewhere remote," I said.

"Hey so I understand if you say no it's a family thing but I would like to attend your dad's funeral," Hermione said.

"Why would it being a family thing make me say no," I said.

"Because I'm not family," Hermione said.

"Doesn't matter, I don't care if you are not part of my family by marriage yet to us you are family, not to mention if I didn't invite you my mom would never let it go," I said.

"You said not yet does that mean that you think about marrying me," Hermione said her cheeks red.

"In future yeah it crossed my mind, a few times," I said.

"I, don't know what to say," Hermione said.

"It's fine you don't have to say anything I understand if you don't want to," I said.

"But I do," Hermione said kissing me.

I was now looking forward to going home mainly because Hermione was coming with me to help with the move. I was also super happy that she agreed that when we were older she would marry me I don't think I'd be satisfied with anyone else. I was on the train home with Hermione on my arm her head on my shoulder as we sat in comfortable silence a lot had happened this year and we all felt as though we needed a rest. Whether we rested or not was a moot point we all know what was coming and we were going to need our strength now more than ever. I got off the train and my mother was there as was the rest of the order I knew why and we stayed at headquarters as we waited for the day of the funeral to roll around. To be honest it was a nice service everyone that turned up had something to say about my dad I had told them about the time we went fishing it was my oldest and fondest memory of him. and after that, I went back to the Orders headquarters I didn't mind staying there and neither did Hermione it was nice.

Once my mum had found a house to move into to keep her safe I had the order erase all the info they could ane legal documents and any memories of the buyers that the house existed. I hope it works it was a nice house very remote as she said and had a beautiful view.
