Recap:
"She's dead, what do you mean, she'll be okay?" Sam snarled.
The woman retracted her hand, "I'm sorry, I... I don't know-"
"It's okay," Dean looked at the woman as he fished in his pocket, "we're police detectives. This girl here is... was... a criminal. We'll take her straight to the mortuary. Please remain calm, everything is in order."
"Is your partner okay?"
Dean looked at Sam, who was staring at Talia as tears fell. "Yeah... he's new to the job." Dean was shocked at how calm he was when Talia had died. He had grown to like her and was protective over her. "We need to leave." Dean looked at Sam as sirens grew louder. "Now, Sam, get up, damn it."
The Winchesters walked over to their car, with Talia's body in Sam's arms.
"Pull yourself together," Dean murmured as Sam sniffled.
"This is all my fault," Sam whispered as he placed Talia in the back seat. "All my freakin' fault."
"No, stop it," Dean looked around again, "shit, Talia's spell won't be holding out now that she's..."
"We need to get out of here." Sam sat in the back seat and placed Talia's head in his lap. "Go."
Dean jumped in the driver's seat as his eyes teared up. "Damn it, kid."
Sam looked down at Talia and caressed her face. "I'm so sorry,"
"It's not your fault, damn it, it was that sonofabitch driver!"
"Where are we gonna go?" Sam asked Dean.
"I- don't know..." Dean's eyes were blurred with tears as he drove.

Chapter 122:
"This is it," Dean turned off the engine and looked back at Sam. "Sammy?"
"We fucked up," Sam sniffed hard as he looked down at Talia.
"We didn't know this was going to happen," Dean cleared his throat, "come on, we need to go in before they find us an-"
"And say what?" Sam scoffed as tears fell. "What the hell do we say to her family? Hi, nice to see you again, in case you don't remember, I'm Sam and this here is Dean, we're sorry Talia died on our watch. Oh, we can't stop for a drink, sorry, we need to hit the road."
"Sam, pull yourself together," Dean murmured, "you're being too harsh on yourself."
"This is my fault. Like Jess-"
"Sam, Talia's death was not your fault, neither was Jess's death. Pull yourself together, damn it."
"Yeah, right," Sam murmured. "How many girls have you had die on your watch?"
"Sam-" Dean was now very concerned, "Sam, none of this is your fault. Do you think Talia would want you to torture yourself like this?"
"I don't know..." Sam sniffled.
"Look," Dean nodded towards the house, "porch light came on. Someone's home."
Sam looked at the house, where a young man was watching them from the porch, a rifle in his hands. "No time like the present," Sam carefully lifted Talia's head, trembling as he lay her head down and he got out of the car.
"What the hell are we gonna tell her family?" Dean asked himself. He sighed and got out of the car before stopping, "shit, Sam, hold on."
"Don't come clo- woah, Sam, Dean, right?" Jeremy asked as he walked towards them, "you're Lia's frie-" Jeremy stopped short, his breath caught in his chest. "Lia? No, no! Lia, wake up, no!"
