(ENG) Chapter Twenty-Six - The Proposal

As planned, Phana invites Singto to meet his grandfather and mother at his old house, and in order to convince his family to accept Singto, he has prepared a surprise.

[Flash back]

While at the hospital, Harit accidentally saw Singto while taking his baby daughter for treatment. He guessed that the man must have come to visit Phana, and decided to greet both of them while waiting in line. So, he left his daughter with his wife, then followed Singto to Phana's room, and was shocked to see the two greet each other with kisses.

Harit then looked for opportunities when Phana was alone and asked about his relationship with Wan and Singto. Even though he was shocked and didn't want to believe it, he didn't think badly about Singto and congratulated Phana, besides that he also promised to keep their relationship a secret.

Phana then announced his plan to get married, but he was worried that his family would not accept Singto. Harit then gave him the ridiculous idea of ​​pretending to have a child and forcing his parents to give their approval, like his experience when he was about to get married.

After parking the car in front of the house, Phana immediately got down and opened the door for Singto, helping him carry the baby. Singto closed the car door and froze while looking at the appearance of Pha's house which was different from his memory.

"You renovated your house?" Singto guessed.

"Er, more precisely tear it down and rebuild it," answered Pha who looked troubled because the baby was suddenly crying. "Aw, what happened?" he asked panicked and confused.

"Maybe she's hungry?" Singto guessed.

"Where's the milk bottle?" asked Phana trying to calm the baby by rocking it, but the crying got louder, while Singto rushed to unpack the bag containing the baby's equipment to get a bottle of milk, and fed her a drink, but the baby kept crying and refused the milk.

Then suddenly, Pha smelled a stink and brought his nose closer to smell the baby's diaper, "Ugh, looks like she's pooped!" he immediately scrunched his face and avoided it.

"What?" Singto exclaimed in disbelief. "W-what should we do?"

"Get me a new diaper!" commanded Pha, then put the baby in his car trunk and tried to open the diaper.

Singto nodded in understanding and went back to dismantling the bag looking for diapers, while Phana removed the diaper from the baby with a disgusted expression, "Please get me a wet tissue!" shouted Pha again.

Singto carried out all of Pha's requests and helped him hold the baby while Phana changed the diaper.

"I was thinking again, we better just have one child," said Pha changing his mind about having few children. Singto didn't comment and tried to hold back his laughter.

Suddenly they were surprised by the voice of a woman coming out of the house, which was none other than Pha's mother.

"Phana? Why didn't you call to tell me you were coming home?" asked her mother.

"Do I have to call if I want to come to my own home?" Pha protested while putting a new diaper on the baby.

Singto immediately stopped what he was doing and turned to look at the woman clumsily, then immediately greeted her while smiling with a pounding heart.

His mother heard the baby's cries and walked closer. "Whose baby did you kidnap?" she asked jokingly with a surprised and confused expression, then glanced at Singto with a big question mark on her head.
