"Men are just... they're hit or miss."

Everyone laughed. "Trust me, I dated and fucked around with enough guys. And out of all that, I only dated one decent guy and that lasted about a month."

Jada scooted as close to Callie as she possibly could and tightened her hand around Callie's bicep. "And now you're with me," she said happily, squeezing Callie's knee with her other hand.

"And I wouldn't change that for the world."

A part of Jada felt bad for cuddling up to Callie and showing her as much affection as she was. Callie came home with some names of nice guys she worked with that might be interested in Michelle. They were currently trying to convince Michelle to get herself back out there again.

Jada would never forget how madly in love with her dad her mom was. They had been divorced for six years now and Michelle had yet to put herself back out there. Jada did feel a little bad for showing so much affection to her wife while her mom was still struggling to get over her dad.

Callie and Michelle were currently having an in depth conversation about bisexuality and why Callie, obviously, preferred women over men. Hearing Callie talk about dating both men and women before her made Jada a little extra clingy. She wasn't jealous and she had no reason to be jealous but she felt the need to physically claim Callie as hers.

They were camped out in a booth at a local restaurant and pub trying to possibly find a nice single guy for Michelle. Callie, as usual, was getting all the stares, and Jada would never tire of claiming her territory.

"So, I have a good idea of what not to go after."

The group laughed. "My relationships with women lasted longer than my relationships with men."

"What you're saying... is I should start seeing girls?" Michelle asked with a grin.

Jada shrugged. "You're not missing out on anything either because you don't need a man to put a dick in you."

"Jaelynn Marie!" Callie and Michelle both exclaimed in unison.

"We are in public," Michelle added with a teasing smile.

"It's true," Jada pointed out. "There's nothing a guy can do to me that Callie can't-except maybe ejaculate inside, but that's fine because I don't want to be pregnant all the time," she joked. "Because I'd be pregnant all the time."

"She is your wife, Callie," Michelle told her daughter in law jokingly.

"She's your daughter," Callie immediately fired back.

Callie rolled her eyes. "Remember when you would yell at me for telling Christina about our sex life and here we are?"

Jada smiled. "Because sex with you is great."

She immediately looked over her shoulder after seeing Callie's eyes widen halfway through that statement. Their waiter had quietly come up to the table while Jada was completely turned facing Callie.

"I think sex with you would be pretty great too," he said nonchalantly and without a care in the world. All three women's jaws dropped as he set the check down onto the table.

"Excuse me?"

Jada immediately straightened herself up as the waiter began picking up and placing finished plates on his tray.

"What did you say to my wife?"

He ignored Jada and continued to clean up the table. She stood up and walked towards him to bump him enough to get his attention.

"Jada," Callie said sternly from the booth.

"That's my wife you were talking about banging," Jada repeated. "My wife."

The waiter simply laughed at her. "Marriage is between a man and a woman and this same sex marriage crap is against the word of God."

"Go ahead all you want," Jada snapped back. "You can't pray away the gay!"

By now they had the entire restaurants attention and a man who looked to be the manager was coming their way.

"Trying to say same sex marriage should be illegal is bullshit and it's a cover because your dirty, filthy, disgusting ass can't keep it in your pants."

Jada took a step closer to him, enough that she could quietly say something without the whole restaurant hearing. "Her and I are married," she began again. "I sleep with her, I make love to her, I love her. The only one who gets her like that, is me. Me! So, kiss your sorry dreams goodbye since you'll never have a chance because she's all mine."

A strong arm wrapped around Jada's midsection. "Let's go."

Callie led her across the restaurant and to the door while they waited for Michelle and the manager to figure everything out. Michelle was explaining the situation as well as the couple in the booth behind them.

"Easy babe," Callie said softly into Jada's ear.

"It just fucking pisses me off, Callie!" Jada muttered aggressively under her breath.

"I know, babe," Callie agreed. "You have me. Okay? I know people suck but you know I'm yours and I'm not going anywhere."

"I know," Jade replied softly. "I know you're hot, cute, sexy, and hella attractive, but you being eye candy is not grounds for that."

Jada felt Callie nod behind her and immediately leaned back against Callie's chest. "They may see that side of me," Callie told her wife. "But they don't get to see the real side of me."

Michelle made her way back to the group. "You two okay?"

Jada nodded. "I'm okay, I just needed to protect what's mine."

"He fired him right away," Michelle filled them in. "They're reporting him, they didn't make us pay for dinner, and they gave us a shit ton of gift cards. And everyone else on staff wouldn't stop
apologizing for it."

Her expression softened. "It's not their fault."

"Let's go honey. We can try setting me up tomorrow night."

Jada took Callie's hand in hers. "We are going someplace else."
