*Crystal had to catch the last flight to Tennessee late at night because her sister called her in a panic after their mother suddenly collapsed and got rushed to the local hospital*

Morgan: [driving] girl are you gonna answer that damn phone? It's been ringing nonstop all morning
Crystal: [sighs] I knowww, it's Devale and ion wanna talk to him right now
Morgan: why are you avoiding him?
Crystal: I'm not necessarily avoiding him, it's just that I promised him I'd let him know before making a decision about coming back to Tennessee but due to your call last night I didn't exactly get a chance to tell him
Morgan: shit I lowkey feel bad for ruining whatever yall had planned but girl I was panicking
Crystal: no I get it, and FYI you didn't ruin anything. I was actually about to go to bed when you called
Morgan oh okay... well it was nice of Luka to catch that late night flight with you
Crystal: [smiles] yeah... he really is a sweetheart
Morgan: [scoffs] wayyy too sweet for you!!
Crystal: excuse me? Wtf is that supposed to mean?
Morgan: sis you ain't slick! You may have got mama fooled but I'm your big sister and I know you better than anyone else
Crystal: okay "big sister" tell me, how you think I'm fooling mama
Morgan: [sighs] we both know how she feels about Luka and it also doesn't help that his mom is besties with our mom BUT that doesn't mean that yall are meant to be. I see how you are around him... it's more of a friendship connection as opposed to a love connection, poor guy just can't see it
Crystal: damn why does everyone keep saying that?! Yall make me feel like I'm using him or something, but I promise that's not the case! He's just very generous and hardly takes no for an answer
Morgan: that's exactly why I said he's wayyy too sweet for you! Lol no offense sis but yo wild ass needs to tamed by a real nigga, perhaps someone like Devale... speaking of, did you see him while you were in ATL?
Crystal: [hesitant] uhhh.. uhm yea, but it was brief
Morgan: [pulling up into a parking spot] I feel like there's more to that story but we'll chat later, let's go in here and go see your mama [chuckles]

Dr: hi, I'm Dr James and it's a pleasure to meet the beautiful daughters of miss Gladys! She speaks highly of you both
Morgan: [smiles] I'm Morgan and it's nice to meet you too
Dr James: [reaches for Crystal's hand] and you must be Crystal?
Crystal: -sits down and puts her crutches on the floor- [nods]
Dr James: [kisses her hand]
Crystal: [snatches her hand back] can you give us an update on our mother?
Morgan: yeah and stop flirting with my sister, she's clearly not interested
Gladys: [chuckles] girls don't be rude to the Dr, he was just being nice
