His father, Steven, was the one to make the weapon Dylan uses to this day, yet the young hero never gotten his hold onto the weapon until his 16 and there was a simple reason as to why, Dylan had an ultimatum and that was flooring his own father at least once but with Steven's semblance in play it ended up taking 10 years since Dylan had started being trained.
