"In the Jeon home, no one can force you to do anything!" Jungkook tugged her up from her seat and brought her into his arms. He nudged her to sit on his lap.
Lisa waved her hand at Soobin and he immediately backed away in understanding. "Since they have yet to succeed, they will definitely attempt to strike again. How about we return their schemes with our own?"
Jeon Chongshan raised his brows. "You mean, we should convince them that I believe that the apartments you bought affected the Jeon family's luck?"
"That's right." She nodded.
Jungkook frowned. "No. If that happens, Grandfather will have to criticise you. You're my woman. No one is allowed to criticise you. Not even the Jeon family's elder!"
"You stinky brat!" Jeon Chongshan was unhappy. "Look at you, you're so protective of Lisa..."
Jungkook did not wish to listen to these unpleasant words. "Grandfather, I need to remind you that Lisa is the only person who can further the Jeon family's bloodline."
"Did you think I wouldn't be able to understand you just because I'm old?" Jeon Chongshan was confused. "There are countless women in this world. Why does it have to be her?"
Lisa was similarly confused.
Jungkook gently caressed Lisa's cheek. "She is the only woman I love. I won't touch any other woman besides her."
"Alright." The elder was also a loyal man himself. "Your feelings sure are strong. It seems like, for the sake of my future grandchildren, I'll have to treat Lisa even better."
"I'm glad you understand." Jungkook nodded in understanding.
Butler Mingde led a man in his thirties over to their side.
The man looked at them and immediately bowed to introduce himself. "CEO Jeon, I am Yuan Qi, the person-in-charge of Yong Heng Wedding Company. After receiving the wedding design plans and programme schedule from you, our company has developed simulation images for the event itself. Please take a look at it."
Saying so, he brought out a red photo album.
Jungkook received the album and opened it. The first image was of a beautiful garden. The walls were covered in pink roses. The second image was of a cobblestone path with pink rose bushes on both sides.
The third image was of a romantic stage that had been built on a grass patch. Tables were neatly arranged before the stage and the area was surrounded with fresh flowers...
Lisa leaned into his embrace as she took in the stunningly designed event location. "Wow! The simulation images of the event location themselves look so romantic!"
"I'm glad you like them." Jungkook whispered into her ears. "I designed them myself."
"Hubby, you're so good to me!" Lisa did not mind that there were other people around them. She pressed a kiss against his cheek.
Jeon Chongshan stood up. "I'll leave the wedding matters to you young people to worry about. I'm old now and not as energetic as I used to be. I'll play the role of an attendee for your wedding. Feel free to let me know if you need my cooperation in any way on that day."
"Grandfather, please go ahead and rest." Lisa smiled. Grandfather had the habit of taking an afternoon nap at this time everyday.
"Alright." Jeon Chongshan headed off with a nod.
Yuan Qi said, "CEO Jeon, I have found several outdoor gardens suitable for the wedding. Here are videos of the locations. Please take a look and see if they are to your liking.
They received the phone and saw the videos.
Jungkook took a few glances at them before his expression quickly turned heavy. "The environment is too poor. These won't work!"
Yuan Qi was covered in cold sweat. "CEO Jeon, these are the best I could find."
