Sehun had already stepped off the stage. As he watched the happily married couple, a hint of pain flashed past his eyes for a moment.
When Nancy saw this, she appeared confused.
What was there to be upset about his sister getting married? She recalled that he did not share any blood relations with Lisa. Suddenly she took another look at his expression...
Nancy immediately understood. Sehun had feelings for Lisa!
This was big news.
Sehun only lost control of his expression for a moment and quickly appeared indifferent again. He stood up and moved through the wedding venue to search for Tzuyu's figure.
Nancy swayed the wine glass in her hand and watched as the red liquid swirled around.
She narrowed her seemingly innocent and refined eyes and began planning. Since Sehun had feelings for Lisa, there was no way that he would not do anything.
Knowing one's enemy was the first step to victory.
She had naturally investigated Lisa's adopted brother, Sehun.
Sehun's career was prospering. His newly opened Hua Feng Finance Company was a new but strong competitor in the finance world.
He currently lived in the Hong Sheng District and had a girlfriend named Tzuyu. Although the two of them did not publicly declare their relationship, they often lived together and were most likely a couple.
It was likely that Tzuyu did not know that her boyfriend had feelings for Lisa, right?
Nancy recalled that a middle-aged part-time helper was in charge of taking care of Sehun's home. If she recalled correctly, the person was named Gao Ru.
It was a good idea to target Gao Ru. Perhaps that helper would know of something?
Sehun made several rounds through the venue but did not locate Tzuyu. He then approached Butler Zhao Cheng, who was in the midst of greeting guests. "Is Miss Chou here?"
"Are you referring to Madam's friend?"
"Yes."
Zhao Cheng pointed towards the main villa building. "I saw her over there earlier."
"Thank you." Sehun immediately headed in that direction.
Tzuyu was standing behind a tree. When she saw Sehun approaching her, she immediately moved to avoid his gaze.
Although she missed him dearly, she did not wish to see him!
She watched Sehun pass by the trees and assumed that he had missed her. She was just about to sigh in relief.
But to her shock, Sehun spun around. He quickly made his way before her. "Tzuyu!"
Tzuyu jumped in fright. Her expression was slightly awkward. "CEO Lee, do you need something?"
Sehun sized her up. She was dressed in a pink, bridesmaid gown. The well-fitted gown accentuated her stunning beauty. She had paired it with a pair of gold, sparkling wedges. Her hair was tied up in a top-bun and her make-up complimented her almond shaped face.
She appeared especially noble, beautiful and charming!
A hint of awe flashed past his eyes. He never expected that Tzuyu, who tended to dress poorly, would be this beautiful.
Tzuyu did not miss the awe in his gaze. She did not expect him to take a second look at her and could not help but feel a little bitter.
Sehun heard the way she addressed him and immediately frowned.
Normally, she only addressed him as 'CEO Lee' at work. Outside of work, she always addressed him by his full name, or by 'Sehun'.
He scanned the crowd nearby and grabbed her hand. "Let's go. I have something to say to you!"
"What more do we have to say to each other?" Tzuyu wanted to shake his hand off. However, his grip only tightened. It was impossible for her to escape.
"If you would like to cause a commotion, go ahead and struggle." His expression was indifferent.
Tzuyu saw that there were several guests watching them. She did not wish to cause trouble at Lisa's wedding and could only obediently follow him.
