The next ready I got ready at 12 am, since I had only one lecture to attend and was meeting Neha for the Mosque.
"I'm going to get some books from the Mosque Amma, do you want me to get you any?" I asked as I changed into something more comfortable.
"You pick me one Noor." She said while I picked a simple, black abaya with a pinkish khimar.

"Okay Amma Asalamulaikum!" I called out as I made my way out the house, for the mosque.
20 minutes later, I arrived at the Mosque and met Neha at the entrance. She greeted me with a warm hug.
"Salam sis, how's Hala?" Neha asked as we came sat in the women's area of the Mosque.
"She's alright I guess, I mean her Dad's getting discharged tomorrow In'Sha'Allah so that's better news than ever." I replied with a small smile.
"Alhamdulilah, how's the rest of them?" She asked hesitantly.
The rest of them?
"Uhh yep they're fine. Khalil and Haadi are both staying with Hala at the hospital." I said.
Neha removed her niqab as I spoke but began to look up to me.
"That's good, I mean they're getting back to their routine I guess." She replied, taking her phone out of her bag.
"Speaking of them, Haadi told me to give this book to you." I said, pulling the book out of my bag.
Neha looked quite shocked as I said this.
"Ohh, I left that at their house." She said, holding the book in her hands.
"Yeah. Ugh Neha I'm really hoping Hala's alright, she looked a little shaken yesterday." I sighed.
Neha covered my hand with hers as she spoke.
"Hala will be alright In'Sha'Allah, all we can do is make dua for her and leave it in the hands of Allah." Neha said with a smile.
"You're really the sweetest aren't you?" I said while smiling back at her.
"So I have been told." She joked, raising her brows.
I laughed in response and we later got up to pray Zuhr.
"I'm just gonna go to the toilet, then we'll get our books okay?" Neha said as I finished reading a new Surah I learnt today.
Neha's a really great teacher I can't lie.
Her pronunciation and support is everything.
"Yep, I'll start to pack up though." I replied, closing my Qur'an.
"Okay sis." She said, putting her niqab back on as she left the room.
I carefully put my things in my bag but realised Neha's phone was vibrating, quite frequently might I add.
