His~> 6 days married
"Who's gonna do it?" I hear someone ask while I'm trying to go back to sleep.
"You?" Someone says.
"No, she should." I hear another say.
"Khalil!" Noor shouts, causing me to sit up in the bed.
"Hala's arm broke." She says and I'm already out the bed and out the the door.
"Where is-" I shout before I feel a cold rush of water being poured on me.
Sabr.
Slowly turning my head up to the balcony above I see 2 of Noor's younger cousins holding an empty bucket.
They both high five and I turn my head to find my dear, lovely wife.
"Noor, where are you?" I ask and I see the other entrance to the room open.
"Yallah." I say under my breath.
"Get her!" Elias screams, pointing to Amannah.
They were currently throwing water balloons at each other in the front yard, next to the badminton court.
"Morning, son." Baba says while sipping on his tea.
"Uh- yeah, Morning Baba!" I reply before running to find my Noor.
"Might wanna get a towel!" He shouts, laughing with Noor's parents, aunts and uncles.
Crap this was embarrassing.
"Where's your sister?" I ask, Samir and all the guy does is shrug.
He definitely knew where that girl was but he was loyal to his sister.
"Haadi? Help me out here?" I say to my brother, gesturing to my soaking body.
"She's behind that tree." He whispers, throwing me a water gun.
Now she has no escape.
Making my entry very, very hidden I walk past the trees behind her then put the water gun in the position.
"Noor?" I call out and she freezes.
"What the-" She says but a string of water silences her.
"What was that?" I ask, sarcastically.
"Khalil step away from my sister." Amannah says from behind me.
Shit-
"Watch out, girl!" Elias shouts, walking around me, shirt and head soaked.
Where did he come from?
"Not you acting like a girly pop." Hala giggles.
"You're hair is flipping drenched Elias, better not get it on me!" Amannah screams, running back in the house.
"She's right, Elias, that needs to be put up." I agree, walking to him.
"Lemme put it in a bun." He replies, looking to Noor and Hala.
"What you looking at?" I ask him.
"Hair tie?" He asks back, gesturing to his hair.
"Got a pink one." Hala murmurs, looking to her hand.
"Perfect." I reply, taking it and passing it to Elias.
"Okay I'm gonna go change now but that was fun." Noor says before walking inside the house.
Where does she thinks she's going?
The games aren't done, hayati.
