His~> 8 days married

After an uncomfortable conversation with our dads, me and Noor were happy to be getting to bed.

"How long do you wanna spend together till...you know?" She asks, with up and down brows.

I'm not fond of speaking in riddles so right now she was just trying to make me laugh as I see it right now.

"Noor, hayati. You're reminding me too much of my sister so can you just tell me what you want to say?" I reply, laying down next to her on the bed.

"Umm, you know right now, how it's just us?" She asks as I secure the net around the bed so no moshas get to her.

"Yep, why?" I ask.

"Khalil do you not understand?!" She asks with frustration.

Flipping hell!

"Noor what are you on about? Just say it how it is?" I chuckle, moving my body so I'm looking at her.

Her gaze is on the ceiling and she exclaims, "Right now, you and me are married so it's just us. How many years would you want to wait till we have kids?"

Oh.

Now that makes sense.

But what she was asking wasn't really a thought of mine, to be honest.

"I dunno, I guess whenever Allah wills it but I would like you all to myself." I reply, putting her curls behind her ear.

Noor turns her head so her eyes are on mine and she says, "I would like to wait a few years but honestly if I had a son that was anything like you, I wouldn't mind at all."

As soon as she finished her sentence I felt a
the corners of my lips lift.

She made me smile and I couldn't stop it.

"Aww you're blushing aren't you?" She asks with a grin.

"No, I'm not." I reply, wondering how she could see my face in the dark properly.

"Sure, sure." She responds, nodding playfully.

"Sure, sure. But if I had a daughter anything like you I would simply die for her." I say, making her speechless.

"You mean that?" Noor asks, looking in between my eyes.

"Why would you even question it, Noor? Of course I would. There'd be nothing stopping me from trying to protect her from the consequences of the world." I reply, not giving her time to respond.

"You don't know how grateful I am that Allah granted me such a pious spouse." She responds with a smile.

This girl knew how to make me feel like the most special person in the world, just because she existed.

Resting my head on hers I say, "I love you but imagine the love we would provide for our kids."

"Khalil you actually have to stop, you're making me want a baby right now!" She calls out a bit too loudly.

I quickly put the palm of my hand over hers and her eyes widen.

I'm about to speak but then we hear a knock on the door.

I look to the door but I can feel her breathing getting heavy under my hand.

"Bhala ni, Noor?" One of her Sasas, Safwan asks and I try not to laugh.

"Gee, Sasa!" She replies, pushing me playfully.

"Hey it's not my fault!" I whisper and she places her finger over my lips.
