Spider Dance

Angela Dust was waiting for her announcement. The band was waiting in the pit with the conductor, ready to begin. The curtains slowly opened as someone over the loudspeaker introduced her. She grinned. After so long, Porn Studios had fallen. It felt so good to see it literally go up in flames. Now she and all her coworkers were free to do as they pleased. Angela had always loved dancing. So, she joined her twin brother Mike in his place. They quickly became a starring duo. But tonight was a solo act. And she was ready to kill it.

Angel stepped out onto the stage as the opening music played. It was a mix of Jazz and Classical. She blew a kiss to the audience and was on the move. The dance was nothing short of captivating. She seemed to float across the stage. Her heels clicked to every beat, and her golden cascade flowed with the rhythm. All eyes were on her. This was the kind of dancing she was meant for. Sure, she had been number one on the poles. But that had never been her style. The music continued to guide her. Angela loved every moment of it. And so did the crowd. She bowed as the final notes faded away and smiled. Everyone stood and applauded.

There weren't many classy establishments like this in Hell. So, Angela considered herself very lucky. She glided off stage as the curtains closed for intermission and headed to her dressing room. Exhausted, she wiped the makeup off and lay on the satin sofa. One of her attendants brought her cold water and light snacks. She kissed him on the cheek and tucked a few dollars into his breast pocket as thanks. And she giggled as he quickly excused himself with a blush. He was cute. But not quite her type. Not that she was in the market for a boyfriend. Angela wanted to focus on her new career first. Dating could wait. Besides, nearly every man who saw her would kill for a date. Securing her place in this new establishment was her primary concern. And Angela was prepared to dance fight her way to the top again.
