Double Beach Date

Hell didn't have many nice places (relatively speaking). One of the nicer places was a beach. Today, Charlie, Alastor, Vaggie, and Angel Dust were hanging out on a double date. They were enjoying chilled watermelon slices and sharing stories from the hotel. It wasn't too crowded today, so the four had most of the beach to themselves. And it was lovely. After various fruity snacks, the four got into a game of beach volleyball on the red sands. They had the radio turned up and a cooler packed with extra drinks, beer included. Of course, swimming was also on the agenda. The four waded past the point of standing and dived. Luckily, this part of Hell didn't have much deadly marine life. There were medium-sized fish, turtles, and birds soared overhead in search of a meal. It was another world beneath the waves.

While swimming, Angel debated exploring seafood-inspired Italian dishes. The hotel's current menu wasn't that varied. It wasn't a bad idea. So, he grabbed some fish and tossed them into the cooler. Then Charlie caught him in the act. Needless to say, he had to explain himself to the boss. While skeptical, she got his argument. She wasn't against new ideas. Meanwhile, Vaggie was building a sandcastle. Even though it was more of a fortress, given its scale. It was no surprise. She was also responsible for training the security guards. As for Alastor, he was sitting on a blanket under his umbrella. He had had enough excitement today. Now it was time to relax. While observing his associates, he chalked up ideas for a new radio show.

After some time, the others joined Alastor on the blankets. Charlie slid under his arm while Vaggie tucked herself into two of Angel's arms. Everyone was tired. But it had been a wonderful time. It was another hour before the group drove back to the hotel (which was closed for the day) for the rest of the much-needed day off.
