Now That You're Gone: Verosika

It was over. Verosika had reached her limit. With nothing else to say, she kicked Blitzo out of her house. She immediately started packing his things into random boxes. He had betrayed her for the last time. And she was so over him. There were no tears. Only anger was left. Verosika had forgiven him once. Clearly, it had been a mistake because he hadn't ended it as promised. But the cheating overall was only one-third of the story. What had really enraged her was that he had dared to cheat on her with another mad. Sure, she would've equally been furious had Blitzo cheated on her with a woman. But it wouldn't have hurt. She wouldn't have felt like nothing. Verosika finished dumping all of his things into boxed and taped them up. With one last text, she told Blitzo to get them the following day.

As for Blitzo, he quickly found himself down in the dumps again. That's what he got for cheating on her with some guy to help his company. But what was he to do? This start-up company had been his dream for so long. However, perhaps selling out to some guy hadn't been the wisest decision. He realized that now. It had been the worst mistake of his life. But it wasn't over. Not by a long shot. This was only the beginning.

A month later, Verosika was doing great with a new record. Every track was loaded and armed with what happened. Naturally, her friends and fans rallied around her. What Blitzo had done to her was terrible. He had been a horrible boyfriend, if even that, since he clearly never had feelings for her. Many of Verosika's loyal fans took the liberty of vandalizing the company's building to avenge her. There were smashed windows, graffiti, and more. Blitzo was in shock. But he should've seen it coming from the moment he heard about the new record about him. Meanwhile, Verosika was better without him. Thinking back, she should've dumped him long ago. But hindsight was 20/20. She had moved on. But that didn't mean she would ever forget.
