10th October 1894

Robert's eyes opened up, his emerald eyes flickered on. There was a blinding white light that was followed up with an absolute dark shadow blazing around. He was confused but just then, numerous images and flashes went by in his head. He could see western towns and cities, conversations melded together with screams, laughter and cries of people. Some of the conversations sounded familiar but he wasn't too sure, but all the same the numerous sounds were infinite that it was almost deafening. Then the gunfire came as he heard numerous guns going off, bullets firing and ricocheting about. With millions of bullet casings dropping to the ground as Robert saw numerous shootouts as well. Some people he recognised but most were strangers

Was this hell? Did he die? Was he drugged? Drunk? Or was this a trick on his mind? Had he gone insane? He didn't know...as he just felt himself just tortured. It was just too much, too bright and too dark and the noises. All those noises that rang in his head it was too much as he felt like his ear was bleeding.

"NO!" He roared out, though his voice sounded more feral. Like an animal...Silence ensued soon after the yell. He opened his eyes, now this time there was nothing around him. Just the plain empty emerald plains. There was no wind either, nor any birds chirping. The plains looked endless aside from a few rocky hills, though it seemed like time had paused as there was no sounds at all. He could hear his own heartbeat that it was so quiet.

Some rustling in the grass was heard and Robert turned around to try and quick draw, but realised he had no weapons. As he looked at himself he realised he wasn't in his winter attire but his Red clothing. Though before he could speak on it, he looked away to see....a wolf?

It was a large wolf, like it was an extinct dire wolf. Though what made it more different was it's red fur coat, it seemed both natural and mythological at the same time. Distinctly it had a pair of emerald green eyes and a missing ear, it seemed very familiar to him. But then it hit him, it matched the description of the tale the natives had taught him all those years ago.

It was the Red Wolf, it seemed had appeared in front of Robert. Robert felt tense, but...at the same time, he didn't feel threatened. For the wolf didn't open it's mouth, it just stood there. Looking calm, yet menacing. As if it was supposed to be.

"Erm....hello....?" He greeted nervously. But he got no answer as the wolf just looked down to the ground as it just seemed to sniff something on the ground.

"The fuck is going on?" Robert asked, though he got no answer as the Red Wolf just walked towards him and just looked at him, right in the eyes. "Am I dead?".

AWOOOO!

The Red Wolf howled. The howl was loud, so loud that Robert felt the shockwave of it impacting on him as he stepped back and trying to shield himself. Then a flash of light blinded him as the world just crumbled up and Robert just closed his eyes in an instant.

He thought he was gonna fall through the world, but he didn't. He heard a wooden floorboard creak. Opening his eyes. he saw he was in Jessica's house. Though everything seemed untouched and different. He didn't know what was happening anymore. The Wolf had disappeared, though from his trance of thoughts he heard a bloodcurdling scream.

"NO! PLEASE! NO! AAAAAHHH! PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!!!"

"JESSICA!" Robert screamed out as he ran upstairs in an instant. As he did he saw the horror right before him in the bedroom. If he could puke he'd have done it, as before him stood 4 figures. One was Jessica who looked like an angel. But she was tied on the bed, crying and in pain with bleeding all over her. One of the figures was a large demon, holding many blades as he stabbed the stomach of Jessica, containing his unborn child as she screamed out again trying to plead to the figure at the back.
