1960

"Got it, Shorty!" Indy yelled. "Ramp up!"
Emily swung out of the jeep, as Indy pressed a switch, the ramp closing them into the belly of the plane, the airport shrinking behind them as they shot into the sky.
"Reverse?" Indy asked his daughter, wanting to scold her but grinning too broadly. "You could have just driven in."
"With a whole squadron of handsome Israeli military men behind me?" Emily grinned. "Besides Dad - you're the one who taught me how to parallel park a tank, fitting a jeep inside a plane while its taking off is...."
"Small potatoes!" Shorty finished yelling in triumph.
Indy gave the disgruntled expression of an overwhelmed and tired adventurer dad. "Don't encourage her, Shorty!"
"I think I work rather well with encouragement, Dad." Emily pivoted, revealing a scabbard hung across her shoulders with the four known Swords of Diya in it from The Treasury.
Indy's jaw dropped. "You got the swords? Dad would have never let me -"
Emily grinned, looking over her shoulder at her father, blinking her charming dark brown eyes in his direction. "I'm the granddaughter. I can get anything if I ask."
